When I got to the part of photos I told employee I wanted to take the photo there and then I would go to my post office in Dos Palos CA to mail my renewel. This is when the man interrupted us and pretty much told me off. In a very sarcastic voice gold me. YOU CAN DO IT ALL AT THE DOS PALOS POST OFFICE AND GET YOUR PICTURE DONE AT Walgreens OR ANY OTHER STORE. I REPLIED THAT I DID NOT WANT TO DO THAT. HE SAID "THEN YOU DONT WANT A PASSPORT". I was stunned. First because he was listening to our conversation instead of listening and helping his client, and second, I am 92 years old and I have never been talked to like this by a public servant, not even the DMV,or any body else for that matter. The DMV website was having connectivity issues that morning. They were doing their best attempting to log on. The associate asked the group of us if we'd like a phone call once the website is up again. After a few errands, I received a call to return. The transaction was completed quickly and professionally. This service is great for people traveling and in need of DMV services. The annual AAA membership has many services, but this service has made things simple and convenient.

I was told by the counter person that the soonest it would get there was Monday 5.4.26 by noon. This was not optimal but I agreed nonetheless. I paid them $60 for this service (seemed high, in fact I checked later with USPS for literally the same service and it was nearly half). So fast forward to Monday 5.4.26 at noon and my package was not delivered. I called PC and spoke with the owner. She said that on her end it indicated that the UPS delivery had a deadline of 11:30PM. That was my first clue that this company was at a minimum deceitful. I had made it crystal clear that this needed to be delivered before noon and the clerk said it would be. So I waited till Tuesday 5.5.26 AM and my package still wasn't delivered. I called PC yet again, this time the owner wouldn't speak with me. The person answering the phone, when confronted with my challenges with their horrible service decided he was overwhelmed and hung up on me. My advice to anyone that needs to get an important doc. delivered on a strict timeline DON'T use Postal Connection in Atwater CA. They clearly don't appreciate the importance of overnight deliveries. And I suggest they don't even know how to perform a simple task like what I needed. Let me reiterate...DON'T use Postal Connection Atwater CA. Look at their Yelp reviews.
