I was passing through on my way to an important meeting when I realized that my usb drive with the…read moreinformation I needed for the meeting was corrupted and I had l left my backup drive back at my office in California, so panicked, I looked for any copy/business store open on Sunday to see if I could get my files sent from California to Billings the same day so I could have the information first thing Monday morning. I quickly realized that Billings was so small, that all of the UPS stores were closed on Sunday and the only store like this open was one FedEx Office and Copy Store in downtown Billings. I went there and pleaded with the one very nice employee there if I could have a file sent electronically to their store. Her name was Winter and even though she was unfamiliar with doing this type of transaction, she instantly started calling her boss to find out how to do what I was asking. Within 30 minutes, Winter had the solution, calling the FedEx Office in California and having them send the file to the store in Billings for me to pick up and transfer to a usb drive so I could use for my meeting on Monday. I can say without a doubt that Winter and the Billings, MT. It was busy and several people waited in line and several more were being helped at the counter. I expected the crazy would bring out the unpleasant. Nope. Not in the slightest. The line moved very quickly and there were people with hand scanners helping those of us in line for simple returns or mailings where no money needed to be exchanged. It made it go so quickly and the person helping me was as nice and helpful as they could be. Okay, so maybe I won't be so hesitant to come here next time.
