We found Sir Speedy on Google. It was the closest printing company to our office and since we…read moreneeded to have brochures made we thought we would try them out. We design our own brochures so we made a pdf file, copied it to a CD, took it to three different printing companies and asked them to print a sample proof. The first company's proof was so bad and blurry, it was difficult to read the text. The second company's colors were so faded, all the photos looked gray. Both of them blamed it on our file. Then we took the same CD to Sir Speedy. We met with Dolores Torres, the Manager, and Richard Moffat, the Owner. They were extremely friendly and very professional. They were more than happy to print a proof for us and it looked amazing. The colors were perfect, the print was clear, and they used 100# paper (the other companies apparently had used 80#). We ordered 500 brochures on a Wednesday and were told we could pick them up on Friday. The next day at 10:00 AM I received a call from Richard telling me they were ready. We got them and believe it or not the actual brochures were even better than the proof. If you are in Downtown Miami or Brickell, this is the printing office to go to, and even if you are not, it will be worth the drive. We could not be happier, from now on we will fill all of our printing needs with Sir Speedy.

I was hesitant to purchase…read morethis sign from Rick at Miami Signs but unfortunately, made the bad decision to take a leap of faith and buy a double sided LED sign. The sign was received with one side damaged from Fedex. Rick told me that 1 of every 10 signs shipped are in a damaged state when received. WHAT!!! I was promised a brand new replacement sign. It is what I paid for. What Rick did, and lied about it to me multiple times, was fix the broken sign and sent it back to me. I knew he did this because we made a couple of cosmetic differences to the sign before sending it back. It is how we caught Rick is his lie when we received the refurbished sign back. Now I have a refurbished sign with 1/4 of the modules having damage from either the multiple cross county trips or were damaged while repairing the sign. Either way, I have 1/2 of a two sided sign to show for my poor decision. As another side note, the sign was received and shipped back to/from a completely different address than that of LED Miami Sign. Doubt Rick even makes the signs at his location. Just another lie added to all the others. You have been warned!!!!
