The best thing is that it's a small office with one on one focus with true professionals. What a perfect location with the nicest staff.. When you walk in the door, Gail happily greets you and helps with any paperwork and scheduling. Then the main PT person is Julie. She is knowledgeable, gentle but firm and puts together a plan for you. The have the latest machines and the area is super clean. I had total knee replacement and did pre PT two weeks before surgery and then started PT there on day 3 after. The sessions last 45 minutes and includes bike or machine to get warmed up. I did three times a week initially and then went to twice a week. The exercises at the office and home were so helpful in my recovery. They also have Larry who is super nice and Erin who just joined the group. All are very friendly and work with you to improve muscle and range of motion.

They are very thorough, caring and knowledgeable. My therapist, Julie takes the time to access my issues and work with me. I am currently have pre-op PT for upcoming spinal fusion. Hayes has an innate sense of understanding of the body and trauma. More importantly, he gives a great individualized approach to gaining strength and balance, reducing pain, and restoring confidence. He always has some new and exciting therapies and/or exercises that seem to both challenge and build my balance and strength. The center itself is also a fitness center, complete with a therapy pool. Not the type for laps, but the type for aquatic exercise. There is a plethora of equipment to use, from free weights and Cybex to stationary bikes and treadmills.
