Our truck is a 2008 6.4L Ford F-350 truck which requires that the cab be lifted off for some of these repair/service items and they wisely focused on major repairs and service items to maximize the value of the work required "under the hood." We had to reorder a replacement (because they broke ours), and we put it together in less than an hour... so for two professionals to take 3X longer than two girls, just to charge by the hour, is insanely unethical and disappointing. Their moving service was fine (4/5 stars and affordable), just be mindful that they likely won't show up on time and cannot be trusted for assembly.

Spoke to Reid who was such a gent over the phone, explaining what we can/can't dump and any charges. Once the trash was all loaded they came quickly and hauled it all away. The entire process was such a breeze! I'm pretty sure we were over on tonnage but they did not charge! Thank you Willow! Will look into using them again!
