The side of my face was swollen and I was in extreme pain. Luckily another dentist who isn't even my regular dentist, Dr Johnson, was kind enough to see me at 5:00 I am appalled and shocked that you would charge me a cancellation fee for an emergency you were unable to treat as an emergency.
