It's coming up on a year and I have been meaning to write a post since June of 2021. Things just came up and now I'm here trying to do right by the impeccable staff and services provided by Copper Cove. Very upfront and open about all information. No confusion with rent payments or maintenance requests or even about community guidelines. My family is very comfortable with the city surroundings and with a new community center being built next to this property, no real big complaints about anything really! Except maybe noise from neighbors but that's another subject. Plan to stick around until they kick us out or find somewhere better, which will probably be once I become a homeowner! read more

This place is pure false advertisement they promise new appliances but get ready to live in the 1980's again because you'll have broken down old appliances that consume so much energy you'll go further into debt. A complete facade they have running here but beyond the lies and the non working appliances they have a Maintence team that Jeffery Epstein would've been proud of sounds like a joke but this place is the joke they have the worst or the worst Maintence workers who creep and perv on the women and children. They are being monitored now though and will be exposed and handled in the appropriate manner. We had to put up CCTV to protect ourselves. Don't move here beware of this place. read more

I am a resident in this place and the attention in the unit is horrible, I have sent many emails asking please come from maintenance weeks and no one comes they only put pretexts and honestly I got tired and frustrated I see them around the building in the maintenance cart and they ignore what I have already begged them, it is not possible that they charge me every month for a washer and dryer that does not work and no one comes I have to make extra expenses to wash in another place but they are punctual charging and they still ask you to refer the place to friends and that is impossible with the bad service they give if it is possible do not come it will be their worst experience, I have my unit with many problems that belongs to maintenance and no one comes say they understand their residents but it is a lie. read more

So glad I found this place! Maribel has been absolutely amazing. She made the application process smooth and has held communication with me the entire way. Anytime a concern or question arise she was quick to answer. I've been living here for a few months now. The complex is well kept and the pool is constantly being maintained and cleaned. The maintenance team is very helpful and friendly. Tons of kids around and very family oriented. Could not recommend enough! read more

This place is horrible I put in a application 3 weeks ago and never got my refund for my $200 they ignore all of your calls and seem to have no urgency they don't have a problem taking the money but are clearly stingy with giving it back so consumer protection lawyer is what is sounds like to me cause this is beyond unprofessional to not even contact me about my check and it's whereabouts read more

I'm going on my second year at Copper cove. Me and my family are comfortable here and love it. Also I like that most of people here have lived here for quite some time. Which also makes the place even better knowing many of us love it here. Maintenance is phenomenal with any work orders that we put in! No complaints at all. I love the office lady's maribel since day one treats us like family. Great job copper cove team! Thanks for having us and giving us a nice place to rent! One thing I will recommend bringing back is a security guard we had a nice gentlemen who used to patrol the place but he's been gone for months. But so far so good. read more

Horrible customer service, they don't answer the phone. I applied for an apartments months ago. Every time I went into the office they gave me the run around... oh we can't find your papers, they didn't have the proper paperwork for me to fill out... it was just something each time . I qualify or I don't qualify or it seems like you don't qualify... worst experience I've ever had at an apartment complex. The communication with these people sucks! No one explains the process. They just say oh it's a four month waiting list and to add these number to your phone. I'm blessed to see how they operate to a non tenant. They are a joke! read more

The staff here are friendly and do what they can in a quick in timely manner. The property just went through a major remodeling process. All apartments have new counters, and cabinetry as well as water heaters, fans and windows, stoves and refrigerators.The pools were remodeled as well. There is new landscaping as well as added security for our protection such as cameras, new gate systems and all the apt doors open with a chip card similar to the hotel doors. This property is well kept and before the remodeling the apt were still nice. Specious units. Cons- The slaughter house down the road smells all the time, horrible traffic due to recent constructions and back gate permanently closed. read more

Cooper Cove Apartments was one of my favorite apartments. Maintenance crew was right on time with any repairs and VERY,VERY reliable. They did there best all the time. Juan and crew, thanks for all your help. You guys earn your pay and deserve a raise!!! Office staff, Zelda and Kerry, gonna miss you guys!! Great costumer service, friendly, and very attentive!!! If I can give more stars I would!!! Location is close to schools and a very nice park.- well maintained and yes so is the landscaping. They do start early, but the outcome is beautiful landscaping. Pools are clean and big. Havent seen a roach or bug in the 2 yrs that I've been here. They have pest control but never had to call them for that problem. We were spoiled here. Every apartment has there flaws but with Cooper Cove there are more pros then cons and I hope the next family has the same experience. read more

I lived here for 2 years I never had a problem until today. I called in to ask for my rental history for the past 12 months the receptionist was soo rude. She said my file is non existent so I asked how can I get that info then? Well then she did have my rental history then she tell me I'm a month late I been out of the apartment almost 6 months now and now they decided to tell me I'm a month late. I asked her why I was never contacted she like well I don't know you owe us. Do not rent here at the end of your lease they scam you and never contact you. I will be posting on social median and the better business bureau about them I have my 2 month notice and I gave them my new forwarding address and they had both mine and my husbands contact information and they never call or mail us anything. Rude and unprofessional staff. Loud kids run around at all hours. Loud fire station sirens. Smelly slaughter house and loud beeping trucks next door. No sidewalks on main road outside complex. Dumpsters usually spilling over and hobos rummage through it. Reckless drivers in the parking lot. Underperforming schools in the area. Can't use fitness center because it's only open during front office business hours. Front office only open on weekdays. Frequent water shut off episodes and apartment inspections. Front gate always broken. Paper thin walls. Only advantage is cheap prices - and even then I can't say it's worth it. read more

Horrible. People here are unprofessional, especially the staff members. Kids running around everywhere unsupervised at the playground, pool, etc. Copper Cove also has a horrible habit of telling people they can't have bikes or just anything in general on you're balcony. Water shuts off randomly, once i even had no water for like a week. And i do believe they like to racially profile people as well, reason i say so is because every time i'd go to the pool i would be wearing a pool band, and doing nothing wrong at all. However, they would ask me if i were wearing a pool band but nobody else. The staff members are always trying to reply to you're reviews trying to guilt trip you into thinking different about "Copper Cove". But it won't work for me, hypocrites. read more
