**CAUTION THEY SAY IF YOU LEAVE A GOOD REVIEW YOU GET MONEY OFF YOUR FIRST MONTH** CONS: Scorpions, Roaches, Earwigs, Spiders.. You name it &' this complex has it.. The first unit I lived in was infested with roaches on Day 1!! They had pest control come out (Burns is included in your lease) to fog, didn't complete the full process so the roaches came back. Had asked to switch units &' Gabby said they couldn't guarantee the next unit would be pest free so the unit I moved to had ear wigs by the boat load and bark scorpions **most poisonous in North America**, ended up buying scorpion/bug spray from Home Depot since Burns coming out doesn't help. Now maintenance, some of them are great, others not so great. It's a hit or miss. They'll come out but no guarantee that the problem will be fixed. The sound proofing of the walls is treacherous, you'll be able to hear any movement outside plus your neighbors every move, like answering phones, alarms, etc. The gym they have isn't 24 hours as they have listed plus 1 machine was broken the full year of my lease, along with machines breaking and they're in no rush to fix them after being aware of the issue. PROS: the pools great and maintained pretty well, the package lockers are nice and secure, haven't had any packages/mail stolen. read more

Whoever is in charge of the scorpion infestation going on is not doing a good job. We are fining so many. They can never do anything about it because the company who sprays isn't here today. They tells us to wait. The day the company was here to spray, they didn't even do a good job. We had people come "inspect" but nothing has been done about that. The apartments are nice but i lived there for two years and in two years we have about 10 scorpions. I was stung by one scorpion and almost stung by 9. The front office was nice and had someone come out to put a powder in the sockets and around the unit. We sprayed as well, didn't really see roaches but there was another review about them so take caution. The SCORPIONS are what's the worst so please if you have kids listen to the other reviews. I absolutely love this community. I just moved in a month ago, had a few issues and the front office/maintenance got it fixed almost immediately. The community is beautiful and well kept, plus family friendly and any other resident I've met is extremely friendly. Amenities are wonderful. Versante is a true definition of community. I love living here! The reason this place is so great though, is the staff. Without them, this place wouldn't be the way it is. Everyone is warm, welcoming, and provides excellent service. The maintenance staff are amazing as well. Quick to fix any issue, friendly, and they keep this place in shape. I second getting a basket ball court like another reviewer suggested lol. read more

What more positive things can I say??? Not only does the new paint and new lights look amazing. You can really tell management cares about this complex. The grounds are always well kept and clean. I love the green grass, the pool and dog park. The office is great at communicating and the move in process was a breeze. With so many apartments in the area, it can be overwhelming but when you walk in and feel heard and seen, it totally brings a new meaning to finding a "happy home." I really do love living here. The staff and maintenance crew is really nice and pleasant to work with, they have been exceptional about staying on top of covid standards, the pool area is really nice and well maintained, the package receiving system has never had any issues (like other properties), and maintenance always gets done on time. I solely left 2 stars for the UNSETTLING number of SCORPIONS we've had to deal with. The complex pays to bring a bug guy around however often you want to spray, but it obviously doesn't protect you in all scenarios. So far the poison has only killed 2 of 7 that we've found (lived here only 7 mo.), we've had to set our own traps, and we really want to get out of our lease because of it but of course it's ridiculously expensive. If you plan on moving here, I would negotiate a clause preparing for the inevitable scorpion attacks.... *EDIT* Manager and maintenance worked with us to do their best to treat more effectively for scorpions:). We really appreciate their willingness to help us out the best they can! Will update in a month or so if the treatments worked or not. read more

Do not live here if you want your upstairs neighbors stomping on your head, hearing toilets flush, hearing everything you're upstairs neighbors are doing. Especially arguing. Almost everyday they smoke marijuana in their restroom and it flows down into our restroom. Very unpleasant. The dishwasher leaks from time to time when I've used it. The a/c fan is extremely loud. Had the maintenance guy look at it and he didn't fix it at all. It's not fun when the sound is coming right outside your bedroom door. Office asks you to keep your patio area clean but the damn leaf blower guy blows it right back on your porch. So we ended up sweeping it into a bag. Scorpions are a HUGE issue here. They supposedly have a spray guy come every Tuesday, I THINK. But only sprays in the bushes HAH. The apartment it's self is far from luxury only thing luxury is their pool and office. Units are white walls, bare cabinets, horrible lighting. I get no natural light so that electric bill is high lol. The staff is good at responding and pleasantly nice. .Very spacious and comfortable. CONS about the area is people rev up their engines at 1 am in the morning. Wall installation needs some work, a lot of work. They do a 6/10 of keeping this place in good shape, side walks needs to be cleaned. But the apartment complex itself is very nice looking on the outside. It is located pretty much close but not too close to entertainment and dinning . Which was one of the things I really like about this place. They have food trucks every Thursday at a convenient time 5-7. If you want no noise and privacy, I would not suggest this place. Overall 5/10 read more

The apartments are laid out to be a retirement home, showing "Trinity Garden Senior Living" when searching for location. Absolutely hated living at the apartment complex, since the first day moving in. Neighbors were nosey, knocking on my door. (I work from home) Made the issue very apparent to the office, the staff did nothing to help. Residents upstairs were very disruptive, it was like the walls can hear everything you do. The staff was very rude and passive aggressive regarding proof of disruptions. Can't prove the stomping or harassment unless there was a recording or third party verification. Of course the office took sides of the supremacy of white residents. I lived alone and never felt safe. Infested with roaches and scorpions, the tile was lifting, felt moisture in the walls. Horrific place to live, don't let the nice plants fool you, it's a disgrace they call this luxury. read more

From the first time I moved here it was beautiful definitely have improved. Me and my girlfriend haven't noticed any scorpions yet unlike the reviews we haven't witnessed any scorpions, we saw some roaches and other bugs but they were outside and that's a natural thing. But most importantly I like the maintenance staff, the customer service from the office staff and everyone is friendly , professional and attentive to our needs. The pool is clean and beautiful. A few things that they can work on is cleaning the bird poop caked up on the concrete everywhere and the furniture at the pool needs to be dusted off daily or every other day because the furniture near the pool is filthy. And I also recommend that they find the construction for a basketball court simply because basketball is a more popular sport that all kids , families , and athletes would love to have in their apartment living courtiers. Other than that it was a GREAT experience living here, peaceful not to much nose, and everyone goes about doing their own thing no one is nosey, everyone is friendly and sticks to themselves and minds their business and I like it that way. This place is nice. I just have a few complaints. The scorpion population is out of control. If you were to walk outside you would see 1-6 scorpions on every apartment. They are bark scorpions. We have had a fair share in our apartment. We have had 3 snakes in our apartment and one of the leasing ladies are one of the rudest people I have ever met. Anytime I talk to her. She loves to one line. I have had packages stolen from me twice. The apartments are not worth the rent thats why we are moving. Everyone smokes weed here. Otherwise the manqger is incredibly nice. I've lived her for two years and I hate the say it will be the last. As much as their management team is the apartment complex it's self or just not it. You can hear EVERYTHING the upstairs people are doing. From walking to each part of the apartment, flushing the toilet, closing drawers, closing doors, walking up the stairs, everything. I like living on the bottom just people it makes moving things a lot easier and I wouldn't have to deal with the bottom floor thinking we're loud. I wish they could give the people living up stairs a courtesy note to not be so loud. Obviously they don't know because don't live in the buildings themselves. It's not only the top floor noise, there are roaches in the area and have to deal with scorpions as well. Don't move here its infested with scorpions especially if you have children. Management doesn't care and they know about the issue but still won't spend the money to treat it. I hope this place gets shut down. It's sad when the property manager tells you they've had a scorpion issue for over 3 years and still won't do anything about it. And this place is far from luxury. Horrible management. We have caught them going through our mail on multiple occasions. They tow residents' cars for BS reasons and then you have to pay $300 and drive across town to the most terrifying tow yard on the planet. When I complained about being towed for no reason the manager lied and said my car had no registration. They have about 1 million excuses ready at all times. They look for any reason to screw you and make you miserable. The buildings look pretty but the company is rotten to the core. I can't get any human being on the phone to talk about the issues I have, all the phone numbers just let you leave a message that nobody will listen to or respond to. DO NOT RENT HERE. The workers on the actual property are alright, but can't really do much to help legitimate concerns you have. The manager is nowhere to be found, and when I emailed her, the emails were coming back from two time zones away. How do you manage a property if you're not even in the same state? Just another bunch of landlords trying to take advantage of their tenants. read more

They were great at first! But once it came to moving out they did not give me a notice to vacate form. When I called as soon as I received the email I stated I could not afford next month. The woman on the phone stated she understood, did not mention a 60day notice to vacate form didn't say I had to sign anything just said okay thank you have a great day! Move out date comes around they stated I never said I wanted to move out because I never signed a form. When I asked was I sent this form? the woman replied that I did not indicate I was moving out....It was pretty sketchy for them to tell me I should've known about a form when It was never mentioned by the way this is my first apartment! I have lived here for coming up on 4 years and the complex itself is great. The staff in the leasing office is also fantastic and any negative review on them specifically I can only imagine were written out of bitterness due to the residents themselves being terrible and then complaining as seems to be the trend on here. The major downside to the complex is the fact its owned by a managing company that really takes the power out of the hands of the leasing office when it comes to removing obnoxious residents.I also find it funny that a review previous to mine is written by the person who is responsible for the horn blowing and late night partying themselves as I have personally witnessed with my own eyes. The collegiate housing program is the worst thing that has happened here. If the majority of the UTI students housed here under the program could be removed it would be a fantastic place to live. The higher price enables them to cater to people who aren't obnoxious and behave neighborly like people should when living in an apartment complex setting but allowing multiple children to rent apartments together under the program in order to make it affordable diminishes that effect greatly. read more

My husband and I lived here for 3 years and let me tell you it was a nice apartment complex. The complex- they kept up with the clean look and made sure the area looked nice. The people would start working around 6-8 in the morning. There are a lot of UTI people who live there with their loud cars so be prepared for that. There is a security person who goes around a few times a week. (But just because they have that doesn't really do much... my husbands work truck and personal truck got broken into twice and there was nothing that could be done). *THE DAY WE WERE MOVING SOMEONE ELSE'S CAR GOT BROKEN INTO AS WELL!!* The apartments- We had a 2 bed and 2 baths. It was a lovely apartment. We did have a problem with cockroaches ... A LOT. There were a few times I woke up and there was one crawling on my leg. There was also a lot of BIG wolf spiders. While the complex did their best to spray there was a lot and I was killing one or the other every day or every other day. My AC unit was leaking and we were told it was because we were turning it on and off to frequently (not the case, it wasn't well insulated.) Whatever problems we had they did attempt to fix but it always seemed to be something with our apartment. The people- I never interacted with anyone. I would say hi and how are you and people just nodded or looked the other way. We were on the first floor and had big neighbors and yes the floor did creak when they walked but it was only annoying when they vacuumed at 11pm-12am. Overall it is a good place to live. It is right down the ways from the movie theater, CVS, QT, and other great social places. read more

UPDATE (Feb18): the staff continues to conduct themselves in a very unprofessional manner. We even reached out to the district manger and received no response. They sent us our final bill when we moved out with some very unclear charges. I have attempted to call the office several time and I am told I can only talk to one person who happens to never be available when I call and does not return my calls. Reached out to the manger Angie Martin via email and she refused to call me back. Yet they expect payment immediately without an explanation of all the charges. We included the district manger Sara Brown thinking she would be professional enough to get this resolved so we could all move on but no response from her either. I guess the staff learned from management. (Original Post) Our apartment was broken into and we were robbed. We were out of town when this happened and apartment personnel knew when we would be back. The manager claims to run background checks so maybe it's just a coincidence but they did fail to provide proper security for the door. If it was not an employee it was likely another resident. We have reason to believe this due to the items targeted. They did not fix the door/lock and expect us to continue residing here and continue paying rent when the apartment is not secure. When I asked the manager if she would notify the other residence of the burglary she stated she did not want to "advertise" it. They didn't show any concern for what happened or the current residence that could be in danger, including ourselves. Besides being robbed we have had several maintenance issues. I DO NOT recommend this place. I am also concerned about the way they handle PII. If you don't know what that is recommend you look it up. And by the way these apartments are far from "luxury" like they advertise. They also advertise that they are a gated community. Yes there is a gate but it is rarely closed. read more

This is a beautiful complex at first look. Don't drink the koolaide. Arter living here for several months we were contacted that my roommate's car would soon be impounded for being "abandoned" the same car that comes and goes everyday. When it was time renew the lease we told them in plenty of time yet somehow did not receive the documents till much later. This ensured that our rent would go up $200 more a month. To add insult I went on a two week trip and came home to find that my car was impounded while I was gone. They also had it tagged as abandoned. Having fun dealing with the expensive impound fees and MVD getting it reclassified. On top of that they once again threatened to impound the roommate's. Had to park it off property just to keep it safe. I have never heard of an apartment so ready to impound it's residents cars. It also seems that we have been hassled every couple of months since February. For all the price they do not keep the sidewalks clean and safe for residents and claim to do maintenance that I have never seen evidence of. The complex it pretty at first look but seriously not worth all the hassle. read more

These apartments advertise themselves as luxury but they're really not. The building is fairly new but the construction materials used are not luxury standard. I hear the neighbors upstairs having a conversation, and their foot steps are very loud because the floor materials are cheap. I even hear my upstairs neighbors' toilets flush. The windows allow a lot of the outside noise to come into the apartment, like cars starting up in the parking lot or neighbors passing by. If you are looking for some peaceful and quiet place, this is not it because of the materials used to build these apartments. You really get what you pay for. If you live here, invest in a white noise maker to drown out all the noise your neighbor makes. read more

Services that go around the complex are either one, loud and obnoxious or two, damage your paint on your car or make it dirty with them "cleaning" the leafs. 3. NO working on your car, UTI student or not, your car WILL be towed. i cant do my OWN JOB/CAREER to make cash for my family where I LIVE. 4. Luxury, is not here. 5. For protection, front gate is ALWAYS open/broken open. 6. Look somewhere else. not worth my time to talk about this complex anymore then what i already have. Lived in Versante for 3 years. Really no issues. Management staff was very friendly. Repairs were done in a timely manner. Upstair neighbors, were very noisy! The only issue I had, was when I moved out. I kept a very clean apartment, everything was always clean. They sent me a bill for CLEANING. I never used the dishwasher, but somehow they wanted to charge me for cleaning it? All appliances, tubs, sinks, toilets, were cleaned before I turned in my keys. They sent me a bill for over $200 for CLEANING? Then 3 weeks later, I receive a bill for RENT? My rent was paid in full when I moved out but now they are sending me a bill for over $1000 for rent and utilities from 3 months ago?? Be very careful when you move out!!! read more

This is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in!! To call it a luxury apartment is a joke!! They're customer service is the worst that I have experienced!! I had the joy of waking up to a apartment FULL of ants, by the way I have a 1 yr old son that lives here as well! My wife goes to the office at 9am to notify them of the situation and asking the manager to get a hold of me to let me know what they were going to do about it! At12:45 I still had not received a call, when I got off of work at 5 the exterminator was barely getting there and when he left I still had ants all over my apartment! I went to the office to voice my concerns to only he told "sir I got them out there as soon as I could" REALLY 8 hours later was the fastest you could get something done! I let her know that I had to throw out all the food from my pantry as well as rent a hotel for my family to stay in for the night to which she basically said oh well what do you want me to do about it!! This place is something else they're really nice to you till you sign your lease and then once they know they have you trapped they treat you like crap!! read more

I have recently moved in and have found the apartments to be very clean and so far I feel safe in the community. The office staff has been very helpful and has made my move and adjustment pleasant. Other then noisy students that play hard around here I am really enjoying my new place. I have had minor concerns that have been addressed in a timely manner by the office and maintenance staff which is very reassuring as a new resident.
