The layout is a bit dated but don't let that fool you, with a view of the beach across the street this is a lovely place to have dinner. My girlfriend and I both had grilled fish options. I went with the Salmon and she had the Sea Bass. Both were delicious, although hers was looking up at her with sad dead eyes. We also had some shrimp as an appetizer that was excellent. The only reason I'm giving them 4 stars instead of 5 is that we went in August of 2020 (the era of COVID) and the waitress and others working at the restaurant were not properly wearing masks. A Brighton institution for the last 11 years, Jack & Linda (former Fishermen) feed hungry locals and tourists alike with natural freshly salted smoked fish. The actual smokehouse was built by Jack & Linda, and uses only traditional techniques for the smoking process. Meaning that only Oak and Applewood is used, avoiding any chemicals or preservatives.
