I had an emergency and was frantically looking for a printer to print flyers out for my group for a scientific conference happening there back in June. It was close to their closing time and I took a chance calling them. I live in California, US and had no idea if they would be able to help. Not only did Azi help me in a pinch, he was able to help with the flyers exactly how we needed them by the next morning so my group had them in time for the conference. He was very nice over the phone, responded to my emails very quick and had them ready right when they opened for my colleague to pick them up. Azi saved us. Thank you!! read more

massive massive scam. Horrible customer service -- told me to print everything myself off one of their computers instead of printing my documents for me. I paid $50 for 40 sheets of regular printer paper. Go to CopieNova on Sherbrooke instead. read more

Liar, scam. Worst printing place. They tried to scam me by making a mistake with the printing size and charging me extra. The person handling my order, a hairy guy, made things complicated by explaining different printing materials, which seemed like a tactic to confuse and scam me. Additionally, he did not provide an exact quote for the printing cost. Despite clearly stating in the email that I wanted a mid-size print, he printed a larger size and charged me double the price ($70). He insisted that the larger size was better, but I felt like he was just trying to justify the higher cost. read more

Impressions add up and double side counts so you end up paying too much if you are copying a chapter or a book. Good for quick urgent scans when printing in the university is not an option. Can be busy afternoon hours read more

This is a handy, hectic, copy shop in the middle of Concordia's downtown campus. In action since the 80's, the copy shop is a little ramshackle and the students who make up the staff are a little world weary but they'll always help you out and keep their cool when crazy people come in with conspiracy theories about the mafia (speaking from experience.) read more

Copies Concordia - Printing Services Near Me - Montreal, Quebec

Do not email them, they will completely ignore all of your emails, it is even worst by phone: they keep promising you they will look at your email; but they end up forgetting even if you call them over 3 or 4 times. Completely disorganized. read more

Avoid at all cost! I just wanted to scan and print something, it was 1$ per page. And then I wanted them to send me an email copy, they were like sure of course. And then they asked for 60$, they told me send emails cost 30$, and they even said "you think there are free services on this planet?!". It was a horrible experience. read more

yes, this place is very busy but the prices are good and everyone goes there then to complain that service is not sufficient. Yes, only one guy serves people. He was patient, kind and helped me a lot with all my posters. In other places I was asked 2 times the price. So I rate this place high. and thank you for helping me! read more

wide range of services......I have been going there since my high school time... love the service and the quality ..last week they printed for me few big posters instantly. Highly recommended read more

Great service, but very crowded. even crazy during exam time, as this locale is just across from Concordia University, and the students from there REALLY pack the place. I tend to come here everytime I need to get a bundle of copies done, mainly during tax, final exam time, (for students), hence the craziness. Staff, if not busy,is more than ready and willing, able, to help, will even make copies for you for a minimum of $3.00, and even provide shredding (small pkg, please) for a nominal fee. You can even consult their bank of computers if you have to do a quick check, but since so, many would just go & surf the net, there is now a charge to do so. Overall, great place, highly recommend it. read more

Needed something printed and bound quickly, but didn't feel like shelling out for Bureau En Gros. So happy I stumbled upon this gem instead of slumming it over to BEG. It's a walk-down shop that is open from 8-21 during the week, which is EXTREMELY useful and is located a block away from Concordia. Got everything printed (about 50 pages B/W) and bound with a spiral for around 8 dollars. Definitely the place to go if I need something printed! read more

Today I went there to get copy of my Cards, the woman who stands there was so impolite , she was do nervous and when I asked her help she was freaked out and behave in a bad manner! I am not satisfied with the service ! Actually I have gone there for a year but today the Chinese girl was so rude !!! I couldn't understand what she said because of her accent and then she repeated in a really bad way ! I really don't like to go there again! Prices of copies in bishop street near Concordia are better and the service is more satisfying read more

I used to love this place, honestly whenever I had a project I would go there and print, the employees were dedicated, passionate courteous and friendly and they had wonderful personality that attracted a lot of clients to want to print with their store. But recently when management changed, and the friendly employees left but the service did not remain. It was quite unprofessional the attitude, the tone of voice used towards their clients. Partially treated with discrimination, people of color who were ordering projects were treated a certain way whereas people who they favored were treated a certain way. I have no issue with the manager and the older employees as they are still friendly and courteous, but the young man who is always there is quite rude and unfriendly. He makes me uncomfortable as a client. I am not the type to write reviews like ever usually to give a chance for a business, but ouff I highly don't recommend if you are an artist, student or regular customers. If you are a business they will show you with the upmost respect the rest prepare to be treated as trash. read more

I trusted them to have my business cards done on time for a very important recruitment cocktail. Emailed them an image of exactly how i want the template to be, with a few specifications that i clearly drew on a piece of paper, as well as explain to the worker each specifications. After confirming with the worker if everything was clear, whether it's possible to have it delivered on time, i even told them to call me if they had any other inquiries about the template. Story short, they sent me an image of the template that is completely different from what I asked. Not only that, since it took longer than expected, they said they would have to charge me 80$ for the "designing" of the template instead of 40$, the quoted price i was given. And the best part? They dropped my order without notifying me ! I had to follow up with them to find this out. They knew the importance of those business cards to me. I've never had such a bad experience in my life. read more

Terrible place to get anything professionally done. If you are a college student and need a photocopy or any printing done, go there. However if you are a professional or need anything done professionally, do not go to Copies Concordia. Bunch of unprofessional workers, 3rd world country customer service. read more

Busy place, no frills, not sure everything is a deal but some things are (pretty good business card prices depending on the paper and quantity you choose). I need to feel the paper before i order, so online printing for business cards does not work for me. Only thing they didn't do was call me when the job was done, but hey, I own a phone, so no problem really. Great location, hours and service, so long as you don't expect perky hop-to-it staff. I'm sure they don't pay them enough for that. read more

Avoid this place at all costs. Either print at Concordia, Copies Jolies, or Rubiks, which are all close by. Although the staff is generally nice, one guy is completely out of his mind. He wasn't able to print my poster properly and when I showed him the problem with the poster, he accused me of changing my file and of lying. If you're a Concordia student, printing there is way more expensive then printing at Concordia. read more
