Additionally, he did not provide an exact quote for the printing cost. Despite clearly stating in the email that I wanted a mid-size print, he printed a larger size and charged me double the price ($70). He insisted that the larger size was better, but I felt like he was just trying to justify the higher cost.

Dollarama school supplies are too cheaply made and Jean coutu sells almost the same product but at unreasonable prices.
