That wasnt a huge deal, but they dropped one of the trees directly onto a small plastic fish pond. It cracked the plastic liner, all the water drained out and the fish died. Fixing the pond is going to cost me nearly as much as I paid them to do the (unfinished) job they did. In their defense, I did not call them to have them fix it afterwards. It was obvious what happened and I still have the quote that includes the two trees they didnt get. Id rather not deal with them at all and just cut my losses. Next time Ill call someone else.

When a large branch came down during a storm and impaled itself about six inches from our shed we knew we had to do something before the tree came down on our house or garage. Due to its proximity to our garage, shed, privacy fence and house it was obvious it was going to be a difficult job. I had estimates from a few tree companies but once Brandon came out and accessed the situation I immediately knew my search was over. His estimate was very fair but more than that I was impressed with his confidence, knowledge and professionalism. He assured my wife and I that he had all the skills and necessary equipment needed to complete the job. He addressed all our concerns so we decided to move ahead with the project. We also decided to have a tree in the front yard trimmed a bit. Brandon's Tree Service arrived at hour house on schedule with lots of equipment and a crew of five. They worked together very well as a team and kept in constant communication with each other via headsets as the work was being performed. They did an amazing job, it really couldn't have gone any better. My wife and I were impressed at the skill, attention to detail and teamwork displayed throughout the day. Upon completion they did an excellent job of cleaning up after themselves. My wife and I couldn't be happier with the job that Brandon's Tree Service did for us. We highly recommend them to anyone needing tree service. You can expect a fair price, great service and quality results. It was a pleasure to work with Brandon and his crew.

Brandons removed 2 of my neighbors trees. They removed all the debris from what they did take out…read more Problem is, they left the 2 stumps. One was about 1 1/2 ft. tall and the other was about 2 1/2 ft. tall. They left the stumps because the trees were in a rock bed and the tall stump supposedly had a wire fence grown into it. My neighbor asked me if I could take the stumps down to ground level. I moved the rock (which wasn't much) from around the base of the stumps and pulled the fence away from the other stump. The taller stump did not have any fence growing into it like they said. I removed both stumps with my 16"Stihl chainsaw. The picture file was too large to upload.. Also, they parked their crane on her driveway and broke her new concrete. The only thing they offered her for the broken concrete was to remove the broken pieces for her.

They responded quickly with an estimate and evaluation of our needs. The tree was nearly 50' and I was very concerned about letting just anyone cut that tree down, I wanted someone insured, very experienced to be sure no one got hurt plus had the right equipment to get it down safely. We also had outdoor structures out there and I didn't want any of those damaged. Once we decided it needed to come down for safety reasons we were lucky enough to be able to fit into their schedule and have now gotten it taken down. I have never seen such careful guys taking care of all our things, making sure to cause the least amount of disruption to our property as possible. Took less than a day and they cleaned up beautifully!!! Thank you to all the guys for being so sweet, nice and careful, for going above and beyond in taking care of our needs, outstanding job!!!! I would definitely not hesitate to use them again, they would be the first call on my list.

I was very concerned about a tree service being able to get the limbs trimmed back without damaging our home. Michael was prompt with coming out and giving me a very fair estimate. He's very respectful and prompt with communications. Once I agreed to the estimate he was able to work me into his schedule in just a few days. I wasn't able to be home when he did the work, but I was not disappointed. He climbed teh tree and roped down the limbs. The pruning was done very well and was careful to not damage the oak when climbing - he doesn't use spikes. The cleanup was excellent. Zero damage to our house.
