My main reason to write this review is because of an employee there named Alan (Allen? Not sure which spelling!). I was in the very back moving a car we purchased but I couldn't get it to start. I thought the wheel was locked. I saw a man driving past and stopped him and asked for help. So without hesitation, he got out and looked and said it might be the battery and popped the hood. He tried jumping it but the one box wasn't doing it. He went and grabbed another one. I wish I got the name of this man too bc he was amazing also! All I know is he is maybe 40s tall, light skin, long hair with braids, light eyes, and he was driving a blue van. But he stayed with me until we thought the car was good to drive. He told me the battery and cables probably need to be replaced. Alan (Allen) stopped and asked if we were ok and did we need help. We said we were ok then we closed the hood and he took his boxes and I got in and put it in drive and it died again. I got out but the first man who's name I wish I got was already down the road but he stopped bc I think he saw me. But Alan was much closer and he came back. The first man stayed parked down the road until he knew Alan was helping me. Alan then got his jump box and started the car again. He told me I would need to drive with the box. So he let me take his jump box and he followed me out of the gate to park the car so I can come back to pick it up after hours. He took the time out of his busy day to help me jump and move the car while he followed me and made sure I was ok before he left. These two employees really made my day. They showed me they do care at GAA and I really appreciated what they did for me! Five stars for these two very helpful and nice men! The first man that helped me did come back and made sure we were good before he went back to work. Very considerate. I'll be a weekly returner to GAA :) great employee selection GAA! Those two are keepers! Treat them well as they treat all of your customers! Alan was driving a white truck :) Both of these men deserve props for taking time out of their busy day to help me when they didn't have to. They did it out of pure kindness. Thank you to both of you, again! Keep up the great work!!
