Holy cow, thanks to fair market values of cars being outta fluffin control, I'm getting back over %50 of what I paid for my car 9 years ago (and my car was NOT in great condition)!!! The lady who helped me was a doll! She was polite, had a calm voice, and was just all around a wonderful person to have to deal with. Direct, to the point, made sure I understood what was going to happen, the next steps in the process, just an all-round great gal. Anything involving totaled cars - when they're still in decent condition - is usually a stressor, and this gal was the best representation of calmness I've dealt with in a long while. I forget her name, otherwise I'd splash it all over this review so you could make sure and ask for her when your number is called. Oh, and note to readers: Copart is still - and I think will indefinitely - running on the online appointment setup. Scan their QR code, fill out you name, car info, yada yada, wait for a text telling you your up and come on in to a specific counter number. I went on a Tuesday lunch time, so it wasn't so bad. I wouldn't be surprised if this place is packed in the evenings and weekends, so time your visit accordingly. Awful service... my fiancé and I asked them to tow our car so that we can sell our old car. Got scheduled on Friday 6-8. We waited for 2 hours at 6 on Friday, no body came. We called them, no answer. They told us that they were going to call us but, of course not. So we moved on and asked another company and got the towing scheduled. Then on Saturday, which they said is off day for them, they just towed our car without no notification at all. This inconvenienced us so much since another company had the better deal and we still had some stuff in our car we wanted to get out at the time they towed us without saying anything. They were supposed to pick up my motorcycle today from the hours of 1p-5p. I was supposed to receive a call from the tow truck driver when he was an hour out, it's currently 5:47pm and the lot is closed, so I have nobody to get ahold of. It's such a inconvenience. You'd expect such a big lot to be more professional. I get that we're in the middle of a pandemic, but you can't contract COVID through the phone. Call me up and tell me you're not going to come or that you're going to be late. read more

The people here were extremely helpful after my sons auto accident. They let us get our belongings out without a hassle. We're very professional! Although it sucks the car is most likely totaled dealing with this company made it a lot easier unlike the first facility it was towed to read more

Not happy with the service. Tow truck driver, called at 9:25pm, expecting to pick up a Ford f150 I donated to kars4kids. He had a terrible attitude. He kept calling and calling, so finally I said to cancel. He didn't. Comes on Sunday, expecting to pickup the truck. He said, I should have called to cancel. Never again!!! read more
