A year later they sent me a bill for $700 for storage fees! They are now saying the car was "abandoned" even though I filled out paperwork to donate it to charity, gave them the keys, extra keys, properly signed and notarized title, and they picked it up. They also lost the title and extra keys I gave them so I had to go thru the hassle of getting notarized paperwork for them to get a title for the one THEY lost, and now this! I am furious and I know my charity didn't get a dime. Do not donate or buy from these crooks!

They refused to acknowledge whether they removed my information from the car, stating that it was a violation of a law. I just want the answers to the questions that the bank, the tow company AND Nevada DMV all have. I was asking very simple questions, and the employee was very rude, stated that she would no longer speak with me and hung up. I hope no one else has to deal with this shit show.
