I stumbled upon this marvel of a bakery by accident, and I can't recommend it highly enough. I was halfway through my experience here before I realized that it was a 100% gluten-free bakery.
Some of the delectable items I saw were a lemon poppy cake, a pistachio cookie, matcha cookie, a chocolate pound cake, banana bread, carrot cake, a pistachio babka, and amazing pastries - éclairs, tarts, Paris-Brest, flans, and a New York roll (I'm from NY and have no idea what that is, but it was DELICIOUS, a delicate pastry with pistachio cream...), pain aux raisins, croissant, pain au chocolat... If a bakery like this were within 10 miles of me I'd be done for. The two items I had were decadent and delicious, and I didn't miss any gluten for a minute. The pastries weren't good "for a gluten-free pastry", they were downright delicious. If I were gluten intolerant, or had celiac disease, this place would be a temple to me.
The atmosphere was relaxed, clean, and comfortable. I can't believe it is a chain, the design was so beautiful and the quality so high.
