His shop is a reflection of all his years of studying the art of chocolate and candy. Everything in his chocolates are made by his shop - not purchased. The caramels melt in your mouth and are full of flavor. I adored the cassis (black currant) flavor. The chocolates are beautiful and touted as some of the best in the world, yet not badly priced.
