Then finally later in the fall, he finally contacted me calling for someone else with a similar name to me. Turns out, he had mixed up our names and phone numbers. So then he said apologized but then he claimed that he doesn't service Jersey City and asked me to call some lawncare group in Bayonne, that they would do snow shoveling. Basically, to sum it up, the guy has put me on a wild goose chase and holds grudges. Grow up!!

I would give WeatherX zero stars if possible…read more I hired WeatherX to pressure wash, sand, and seal my patio. The finished result was unacceptable. The joints were uneven and still had old material/debris visible, there were missed areas, streaking/staining, and multiple sections looked worse after the job than before. This was not just my opinion. Ricky came to my property the following Wednesday, inspected the patio himself, and acknowledged that the work was unacceptable and that something went wrong with the install. He told me he would come back that Saturday with his crew to redo everything. No one showed up. My property cameras confirm that no crew came. My follow-up calls and texts were then ignored again. The only time I was able to reach him was when I called from a different number. At this point, I do not trust WeatherX to perform or correct this type of work. I am hiring another qualified contractor to inspect and repair the patio, and I will be pursuing recovery of the correction costs. Based on my experience, I would absolutely not recommend WeatherX for patio/paver pressure washing, sanding, or sealing.

Job was completed before the start of winter before we actually moved in for gutter cleaning and power washing. Noticed that they did not have a tall ladder (we have a split level) but didn't think anything of it because I thought maybe they have fancy tools or what not to clean the gutters. We have gutter guards and were told by WeatherX that the guards are working because the gutters are very clean. We took their word for it and never actually checked that the work was done. Well fast forward a few months, now that we're moved in, the gutters were gushing water from the top during a rain storm. Our neighbor was kind enough to come check for us and when he removed guard, see image attached for what he found. And don't tell me this accumulated in 3 months in the dead of winter with no trees around. Regarding the power washing, house looked aesthetically clean from the outside, but we noticed water on the inside of the house in one of the windows after the cleaning so I reached out to them immediately. I never heard back from them. Grant it they were very responsive when I was booking them and then they ghosted me. They also promised me an emailed invoice post cleaning and got nothing. So, there's my two cents. Hope you have better luck with them then me.

After 1 year of decent work, the customer service began to go down the drain quickly. I finally…read morefired them after asking to see if they could provide a lawn clean-up within a specific timeframe - e.g. "Can you come before Monday?". When the owner didn't really answer my question and responded he couldn't come Monday, I asked for a clarifying answer - did he mean he couldn't come on Monday, or anytime before Monday? Instead of just politely giving me an answer or saying "sorry, we're not available", the owner said no, and then took it upon himself to berate me with a curt "should've contacted me sooner." I didn't realize he was doing ME a favor in this business arrangement. At the last lawn mowing the previous year, I also found a large pile of grass clippings and various leaves debris piled up against one side of my fence, hidden behind my hydrangea bush which could have led to rot and mildew against my fence. When I brought it up, the owner said because we didn't pay him for official removal of the leaves, he felt it was fair for his team to leave the debris in my yard - instead of notifying me or calling me to ask me (when they were there) what we can do about it. It also didn't make sense because the debris pile consisted mostly of new grass clippings and not the mulched leaves. Another time, they came when I was home and the gate to the backyard was closed since it was about an hour earlier than when I usually expect them. Instead of ringing the doorbell or trying to call me, they decided to mow the front lawn and leave within 10 minutes. I had to text back noting that I saw the back lawn wasn't done before the team came back to do the job. One or two mishaps I'm ok with - even an increase in prices, which happened this year - but the attitude was the straw that broke the camel's back. Maybe they have more business now and don't need mine. They won't miss me, and I won't miss them and can no longer recommend them in good faith to anyone.
