Yes it's a bit strange and dumpy looking if you've never been here, but for many of us locals it just ads to the old mom & pop store feel that's sorely missed by many these days. Because they're so small, they don't have the room to carry a lot, but you'll be surprised at how much variety they do have considering the size. Aside from your typical brand cigarettes, gambler brand type rolling tobacco, they carry cat/dog food, paper towels/bath tissue, charcoal, lighter fluid, etc (and a lot of candy). If you make your own smokes, and use a higher quality brand other than gambler, etc, they'll go out of their way to special order it for you and carry it for you as often as you need it, just ask and they're more than happy to do their best to find it for you. Habits is great to have around especially when you just want a coke or snack, but don't feel like standing in line forever up the street. Let's keep supporting them and get the word out to the newer residents about them so they can continue to stick around!

Very nice, helpful and polite. I would avoid this place if the young shaved head kid is working. He's ALWAYS on his phone. Talking or playing poker. You ask him a question and he gets pissed. There are no prices visible. The young kid must have never heard of customer service. If you ask him about a product? He rudely will tell you he has no idea. Are you buying it or not?! The owner? Takes his time with w ach and EVERY customer he interacts with. The kid needs to find different work away from the public. VERY VERY RUDE! Hopefully the owner will replace him soon. At one time I sent people TO establishment. Lately I've been turning the away. At least until the kid is replaced or learns to stay off his phone and more on his work and customers.

It went through a substantial rebuild and was rebranded as Pinky's beverage. it is relatively rural and there isn't a whole lot around but I can get most of what I need inside the store. Milk is ridiculously cheap I can get two gallons for about 5 bucks. They have a monster beer cave as well. It is well organized and for example if you were looking at Coronas there are lines right next to it LOL. coffee station isn't those large carafe of the old fashioned pots and to be honest I like it that way. I like to see what I'm pouring. Did you like best about it is the large selection of wine. For example my wife likes Coppola and Josh wine. The prices are equal to or less than the discount drug Mart a few miles away. They have propane outside and a gas station with diesel which is important as I drive a diesel. they're not open 24 hours which is fine by me they close at 9 each night but Pinky's beverage has always been there for me and if you're in the neighborhood stop in and check it out.
