When I asked her if she could contact him and tell him we had problems that he needed to address as our property manager, she snappily told me that she had nothing to do with Steve's property management business and hung up on me! No pleasantries, no goodbye! Steve's history is one of broken promises and neglect on any issues that have needed attention around the house. * Steve doesn't return phone calls. * Steve's action plans are fictions.
