They are famous for the local Sibebenthal beef served on a hot stone at the table. It basically cooks and sizzles as you watch it. The salad maché with fresh Perigord truffles is superb. I love the classic veal in a cream sauce with mushrooms and a perfect finely grated rösti. Amazing foie gras (they have a terrine and also a grilled version). Super wine list. It is very expensive, though. Portions are small and even basic dishes are higher priced here than many other restaurants. However the quality, service and view is superb. The waitress was very friendly. We travelled back with a special panoramic train and loved the view on mountains and at the end on big Geneva lake.
