Called Cool Nation this last Siundsy 7 Oct 18. Explained what my problem was. Stated he'll be there in 30 mins., was the run 20 mins. Asked me a few questions, went out to my outside unit, did his thing found the problem, fixed it all within 40 minutes from initial phone call. Price was reasonable. Actually on a scale of 1-5, I give cool Nation a 10. He doesn't treat like a customer, he treats you like family. Keep up the great work.
