He did an incredible job in only a few hours, installed a needed second strap (per code) and also installed a pan under the hot water heater, which the original one did not have, hooked up a new expansion tank, and hooked up the recirc hardware I have so we can get hot water instantly; and they did it all for less than I expected to pay Also, along with the standard six year hot water heater warranty from Rheem, Dino included a matching six year warranty on labor if needed. He quickly found the problem, fixed it and then a few tests later, he charged the system with the refrigerant. We had no refrigerant in the system, zero. Although the unit was 12 years old, the system took that long to run out. I don't have any relationship with this company, but I will refer anyone to use them. But Cedar Valley Heating and Air told me they would work me in the following day between 12-5 PM. We made arrangements to be there; no one came or called. At 4:45 PM I called their office. The receptionist said that their repairman often worked as late as 7 PM. She assured me he would call and come. He didn't. My house was 90 degrees inside all night. Several times last night and today I called the business line and it transferred me to Sam Milianta's voice mail, who promised to call me back. He didn't. It's peak season for HVAC repairs. I understand they're busy and would have understood the need to reschedule. I do not understand or excuse the lack of courtesy or professionalism of this company.

I have called and left messages for Eric who said he was part owner but he has never returned my call. So the bathroom has been not useable since April 2nd
