Honest and fair pricing. I asked for a quote via Yelp for 2 new front bearings/hubs as well as PA inspection. Emailed me back immediately, and quote was already itemized (parts, labor, tax) and spot on (no typical assertive up-sale, or "unneeded recommendations." Service did an A++ job, and parts are warranted for 3 years. I highly recommend West Main Sales and Service to anyone. I will be continuing to service my family's vehicles here for as long as they continue to uphold, in my opinion, (and I've worked in the auto business for many years) one of the finest in the industry. I was driving cross-country in a rental car last week and the car had a slow leak one of its tires. I had already stopped 4 times to top up the air in the tire and was extremely worried about getting stranded in the middle of nowhere in a rental car with a flat tire. Out of desperation, I stopped at Snider's (its actually a shell gas station with 2 service bays) and asked the cashier for help. Do you know where I can get this repaired? Is there a tire store nearby? The man behind the counter (and I can only guess he is Snider), said "pull it up to the bay and let me take a look at it". 2 minutes later he had the car up on a jack and the tire off. He spent 15 minutes carefully examining the tire for leaks (there were none). And then said, "it looks like you've got a dent in your rim, let me give it a few whacks with a mallet". And he did, and that fixed the problem. After the tire was back on, and the car was ready to go, I asked him "how much do I owe you?" "gimme $10" was the reply. He could have said $100 and I would have gladly paid it. So while the other reviewer can complain about dirty bathrooms and high gas prices, I can vouch for the owner and what he did to help me out of an extremely sticky situation. If I could, I'd nominate him for a medal, but as it is I will settle for telling my story and letting you decide if this is someone you would want to do business with. Thank you again, Mr Snider! I thought for sure I was gonna have to get a tow somewhere else. I gotta tell you these guys were great.
