There was so back and forth during the appt as they needed ok from Adam's. Crazy that Adam's pool is monopolizing this pool service. Anyways, Adam's was booked and happy to pass it to Corby. Corby, the owner came by and promised to send a quote in 3 days. Fast forward - 3.5 weeks later with multiple emails and phone call follow-up, NO response. I personally don't care as I'm giving my business elsewhere. But FYI - you are better off calling Adam's Pool than dealing with them. At least, they are more professional.

Absolutely zero problems. 2: equipment issues are mentioned to me and solutions offered. 3: I can easily tip my service person when I pay. 4: I can easily pay online. I forgot about it and never heard back either. Also, the service I get is respectful and quiet.

Sounds easy but a lot of these small companies don't even answer the phone. I am in Pebble Beach and I could never get the folks in Salinas to call me back. Our pool service company, Fernandez Pool service, recommended Pacific. I called, told them what I needed and the rest was Swiss watch perfection. They came out to do assessment from San Jose, no issue. Sent me a quote. Explained all the details and from there after a small deposit we agreed to an install date. Well today yesterday it rained like no tomorrow and they showed up on time, completed the work on schedule and on time. Gabriel the head guy was lovely and you could tell this wasn't his first rodeo. We are pleased with his work and our decision to use Pacific Pool. Give them a try. They are a "5"!
