They told me the inspector would be there between 9AM - 12PM. He was there at 9:01AM. He let me know that my ducts were BUSTED. Like really bad. Gaps everywhere, broken stuff. The "Miami special" he called it. Showed me videos of all the issues to verify what he was saying. Although at first I thought the quote they gave me was a bit on the higher end, after I saw everything they did I've changed my mind and think the quote was honestly very fair. They replaced all the ducts in my attic, hung them (they were lying on the floor before...), replaced all the vents, covered my entire house in plastic, added an air return to a bedroom, picked up all the debris when they were done, and did all that in just like 3-4 hours. Honestly these folks are incredible. Shoutout to Amit. Such a friendly and funny guy. He took the time to explain to me all the issues he was seeing and why they mattered. He was the first one in a line of guys to finally explain that the master bedroom was so hot (5+ degrees hotter than rest of the house) because it didn't have a return. Once they installed that it feels like I have a new house. I've never slept better.

Florida and upstairs unit that works hardest in most homes). In both cases, B&M response was fast (best I've ever experienced with big or small AC companies), showed up when they said they would, and price was reasonable (I am a large facility manager so understand parts, labor, overhead, etc), workmanship was excellent. SoFlow came on time and the installer was the same guy that initially inspected her old unit. Both gentlemen were very nice and they did a great job taking away the old unit and putting the new unit on a new pad and plumbing in the ducting and drain pipe.
