Never heard from them I called another local company. The resolved my flooding issue. No flooding going on 4 weeks now.

I'm a senior and was too trusting.Edgar never asked me what type of AC unit I desired nor warned me the base should have been replaced and passed off 3 ton Rheem that was very loud and not energy efficient. I had a number of service issues. I was grateful when I tried to turn my heat on during a freezing day in Dec only to find out his crew never connected the gas heater. Edgar did come out on Christmas Eve. I had a clogged water line the first year and frequent clogs. When my unit didn't cool, the technician warnedme I would have some unfixable water clogs. He pointed out that the base - that Edgar never bothered to replace - is starting to corrode and as a result, the unit isn't level, which is why the water never drained properly. Edgar was nice at first and then he got nasty and would yell at me!!!!! I stopped calling him. I do not recommend Lord's AC

Another AC company confirmed they caused the fire yet he refuses to give us our money back! Insurance did not cover all our losses! On Friday, June 17 for a service call since my ac/ was not functioning. They came out and diagnosed…read morethe system and made a repair for $185.00. On Sunday, June 19 the system was not working again. I called and they come out again on Monday, June 20. When the bill came and I saw two charges - one for each visit. I called the office and explained my dissatisfaction and ask for someone to get with a manager and get back to me. No one ever did. When I today called back again (August 1) as a follow up - I was told that the second visit was a clogged drain line and that they considered that a different problem. I ask for a supervisor and was given to a Scott. He was cold and rude. He explained to me again it was two different problems. I was not happy with his explanation and suggested that in good faith as a new client, a resident of Wilton Station and a realtor that they forgive the second fee of $140. He stood his ground. I was only when I lost my cool and raised my voice that he said he would take the $140 off the bill and place me on a do not service list ! Seriously ! This is not white glove service for a company that wants to service Wilton Station ! As an owner all I knew was the system was not working. To me the first visit should have been a complete unit evaluation to determine what problems existed and fix them. I should not have had to be inconvenienced a second time for the system not working or have incurred a second charge only two days later for the same a/c unit. I had another second bad experience when I called on behalf of a l client and had a very rude worker ask inappropriate questions about where to park his service vehicle and if the parking location answer had something to do with his ethnic background ! Seriously ! I would not recommend them at all to anyone - and I hope that they are no longer considered a preferred vendor at Wilton Station. AFTER SOME TIME THE INDIVIDUAL THAT TREATED ME THIS WAY LEFT THE COMPANY, SO I CAN ONLY ASSUME THINGS ARE BETTER NOW.
