I met a representative of Wow Wash 360 at a Portland Oregon home show in January 2026. Nice guy,…read morehe called me the next week to schedule a visit. I had also arranged for quotes from two other companies. One did a zinc product, the other did a softwash similar to what Wow Wash 360 does. They each wanted more than Wow Wash, one would cost twice what WW wanted and with a lesser warranty. There were two concerns for me: there was but a single way to contact WW, a long distance phone number and no email address, and WW did not have a CCB registration in Oregon to verify their insurance and to see if there were any complaints. I was ready to give up trying to find someone to tackle the moss on the roof. He called me back the next week. He told me they had Washington registration. I looked them up and they had good insurance and no official complaints, so we set up the cleaning. The crew of three arrived with the promised time range and called ahead a couple of times, which was reassuring to me (as we were in a winter storm watch so I didn't know if they could do it). As it turns out, the weather was good enough. Took a little over an hour and they were finished. They brushed off the moss, washed it to kill the remaining roots, and cleared the gutters. It was definitely something that needed to be done and the roof shingles were no worse for their work...and now better! Before they left I received a 2-year warranty for the roof to show no molds or mildews. For three years after that cleaning would be pro-rated but not costing more than half what this initial cleaning cost. Not covered at all: Green Mustard Algae. So, glad to pay for the service! Its a little muddy around the house now, but we'll deal with that. My only complaint is that for an Oregon resident without a phone-computer there was a bit of a communications barrier. Other companies did not have that problem. But this rating would be 5 star if I had lived in Washington!
