Very unprofessional of you guys to do this to me. It's been a month now since you scheduled me. If they'd ghost me over this I feel they've done this to lots of others. Edit: You could have been professional enough to call and let me know rather than purposely ghosting me (like a kid) and then lying to my warranty company stating you were waiting on authorization from them (which you received the next day after the initial visit to my house). I'll be sure to pass on the message along that you're claiming to not doing business with them anymore.

Since that time, I have become acquainted with several plumbers due to having backed up drains at various different times. I have had pipes replaced several times in different locations, but the problem seems to always to resurface. I have spent numerous amounts of money due to the reoccurring problems. In 2022, by the Grace of God; I had no back up issues and had started to believe that my problems were resolved. However, in January of 2023 my problems returned. This particular time was different. the problem was the same, but the plumbers and the service was totally different. The company that I did business with, dispatched plumbers from Alabama Quality Plumbing from Alexandria, Al. The plumbers were not only quality experienced plumbers, but they were also caring, considerate, kind and eager to help anyway possible. They went over and above to get the job done and done right! They did an amazing job, and I am so happy to have meet them!!

This company has never held a contractor's license in the state of Alabama, as confirmed multiple…read moretimes with state licensing officials, and their claim of having four locations is inaccurate--only two are verifiable through state and county records. In February 2024, we hired them for water cleanup and mold mitigation in our 1950s home, but they began cutting into walls without asbestos testing, failed to remove our belongings, and did not follow visible mold or asbestos safety protocols. The day after submitting their invoice, our insurance company called them for a rebuild quote, mold testing results, and asbestos testing results, but received no response for a week. When we returned home, we discovered we had lost everything we owned except for two boxes of photographs that had been stored in safe boxes, and our house was contaminated with asbestos and futher mold. We later learned we were the second home in less than a month to suffer major damage following their work. This is our personal account, and I strongly urge anyone considering hiring them to verify licensing, safety compliance, and communication before proceeding.

We woke up one day to a flooded downstairs/garage and were obviously panicked. Ark sent a team out within a few hours of us reaching out and were able to take care of the emergency need of removing all of the water, then took the time to talk through options with us of how to handle the repairs. We created a game plan together and they followed it perfectly, keeping our budget and timeline at top of mind. Ark ended up handling the water removal, mold removal, mold treatment and tear out/put back (including painting) our downstairs walls. They were great!
