He called the office girl, hung up and proceeded to leave. I asked him why he was leaving and he told me he was instructed to leave because the office lady to him to. They felt they could not please me so they were quitting me. The owner (the daddy) made the statement I was told. So, I'm glad to be looking for a more professional pest control company.
