I was mislead by the counter guy that they would assist me with a issue but they did not. I needed…read moreto get my transmission fluid and filter replaced for my warranty, it was a mistake on my part I did not catch the due mileage in time and went over a bit. I do get my oil changed every 3000 miles when warranty requires 5000 because I do take care of my truck, too expensive not too. Well they said they would "misread" my mileage so it would keep my warranty valid. I dropped by on Monday to make sure my truck would be services on Friday as it was when they could schedule me in, they did not tell me they would accommodate my request then or at our first conversation either. Picked it up on Friday and the counter guy said he could not change the milage because it was wrong to do so. But lying to me that he would is quite acceptable in his mind apparently. The owner came over and started telling me about its a battle repeatedly until I told him we are not in a battle we have a disagreement that's all. He raised his voice and kept telling in about its a battle in business and I don't understand and kept ranting on and on. I told him it was ultimately my fault because I missed the milage but I would have gone somewhere else that would done my request. If I wasn't able to find another company I would have just done it myself because it would be out of warranty anyway and save myself $660 which was my bill, pretty excessive actually.

Used to take my old 85 Chevy to Tim and he always did honest and good work, never over charged me…read moreand did his best to make sure I was taken with my car. I don't use this shop anymore however not from poor service or work but simply because he had too much work and not enough mechanic's to help out. But he is the nicest person and will do the best he can. Great example of his honesty and dedication: I needed new brakes on the front of the 85, he replaced the pads and shoes and didn't over charge me, drove the car home and my brake caliper locked up on me, I called him 5 minutes before he closed, not only did he call me a tow but he also payed the tow fee, he ordered the caliper, stayed and replaced it after he was technically closed and didn't charge me anything, not for the expedited part or the labor. He was genuinely more concerned about making sure I was taken care of above everything else.

I had a very unsatisfactory experience with this service. They kept my car for three weeks,…read moreconstantly providing false information about waiting for parts. I later discovered that they couldn't complete the job due to a lack of manpower. They didn't even offer a loaner vehicle during this time. My stance is that they should have informed their customer so I can make a decision to stay or go elsewhere. To make matters worse, the representative dared to say that when I brought the car back, they would give me a $50 credit. Really? If they were sincere about their excuses and the long duration they kept my car, that credit should have been applied when I picked it up after three weeks. Eventually, someone was honest enough to tell me the truth. I finally picked up my Maserati and parked it in my garage until returning from a trip, only to discover that my left center wheel cap was missing. When I called them, the representative said it probably fell off and that he had video evidence showing the cap was there when I brought it into their shop. However, that wasn't the issue; yes, it might have been there initially, but what happened to it afterward? Overall, their customer service was poor, and I will never return. I do not value their services or work at all. Beware!
