A while back I caught myself drooling over their shop for quite some time, so when I got a coupon for my birthday I was over the moon! However it took me a while to actually get to the shop to use it. When I finally got in the shop and grabbed everything I wanted to buy with my coupon, they said the coupon code was invalid.. even though no-one ever used it before and the coupon was still sealed in the enveloppe when I handed it over. (And all the data was also correct: my name was on it, the date of purchase, a coupon code and a signature)
There was no service or whatsoever regarding this problem, the girl in the shop simply said that I should call the hotline to get this problem fixed. So, the same day I called them.. apparently no one was there to answer my call.. Better yet: the next 2 weeks I tried calling them for almost every day and I never got someone to answer my call, actually the automatic lady on the phone said: "nobody is available to answer your call, please send an e-mail or leave a message afther the beep." I´ve sent multiple e-mails and guess what: still haven´t got an answer!
This is truely the worst service imaginable.
Their shop looks so gorgeous and sophisticated, so does the food and accessoires in their shop by the way. But purely by their lack of service I now refuse to spend a dime at Kochhaus.
Too bad though, because if they would have given me the proper service, I would probably be a returning customer and brand ambassador. Their loss.
