Super fun trip and amazing employees!…read more My group of 3 booked the 1.5 hour horseback ride and we were joined by another group of 4. Rick led our group on the ride and Lex followed. They were kind, funny, and very helpful. They took us on a great relaxing ride and by the end of it I felt like an experienced rider! The horses were beautiful and very easy to ride. They fit us for our size compared to their horses before and gave us instructions and information on how to ride and deal with the horses. They gave us a water bottle for our trip too. The trail was beautiful and scenic and it was nice to pet and love on the horse too. Plenty of photo ops and Rick stopped and took photos for us on the horses! I would absolutely recommend Cave Creek Outfitters for a beautiful ride in the Tonto Forest. Thank you guys!!

While I believe it was a little expensive (likely because of the area) it was to be expected. For some odd reason, they don't have all their products listed on their official website so if you…read morewant some of the other products I like such as their perfume roller, you would just have to get it filled up on the physical site. Candle Chemistry's value proposition is over 50 scents to choose from and being able to be hands on and mixing the scents yourself. There's a scent for everyone here. When I was here, it was clear that there was a lot of disorganization. I let them know that their website is still missing products and even though they said they would tell the owner about it; nothing has changed. It was pretty hard to get consistent service as someone would come to me and then leave me in the middle of servicing me. It was very odd behavior. Then there was an employee who was just kind of standing there doing absolutely nothing while the other two ladies did all the work. I got a bunch of perfume and a bottle of car diffuser. I must say that the diffuser didn't work at all.... I had it in my car for so long and no smell came out of it so it was a completely defective product that was a complete waste of money. At least the perfume rollers work. You get 10ml for $18 and the scents aren't very strong if that's what you're looking for but they are indeed nice. I'd definitely suggest better customer service (both in-person and online) and to only sell products that actually work.

Very disappointing experience. The class did not match the description at all. The fillings were pre-prepared, we didn't make the dough, and we didn't prepare any sauces. Bao buns, which were listed, were not included at all. Our only hands-on activity was filling dumplings, and even those were cooked by the staff while we were already seated. Several participants asked about dough making and Bao buns, and the chef seemed unaware they were supposed to be part of the class. For $85 per person, this was not a true cooking class and we didn't learn anything new.

She was extremely thorough in everything included in completing your kit. There was even a nail to help you pick up the stencil, if needed. The packaging of all the items was great as well. Everything was labeled and matched with the instructions. Every minute detail was accounted for. You could tell the thought put into this, and that was superb. The instructions were so in depth and she made it so you could not screw it up. They were concise and easy to follow, which made completing the project a delight. There were also tips throughout the instructions, which helped. I highly recommend this studio for crafting, and hope someday I can attend a class in person.
