I have been her patient for about 12 years now and have the greatest confidence in her ability to provide the best medical care to me. I prefer to see nurse practitioners because they see the whole patient and treat the whole patient. They don't just see the person in room 8 with arthritis or heart disease. They see patients as people with medical problems that will ultimately impact their entire person. This impact can be on their social life, financial aspect of life, religious and dietary. I cannot stress enough how much I appreciate her for being the best PCP that a patient could have. At times, she is unavailable and I will see one of the other NPs who are also fabulous. There are times when I must see one of the physicians, and am also happy with the care provided, but I do feel rushed a bit and recognize that only the problem at hand is of concern to them, not the far reaching implications on my life that the problem can and will have. Overall, I would recommend this medical practice to anyone, but would strongly encourage having a nurse practitioner as your primary care provider.

this doctor is a liar. He said he did surgery surgery on my fiancé to fix a dialysis port and…read moredidn't even do the surgery the next day. He was trying to get her out of the hospital before they did her dialysis and he knew that the port would not work. He then denied what was said and when I called him out on it, he wanted to bring the cops involved. The man knows that he's a crooked doctor. I do not recommend him. I give him zero stars, and I hope that the hospital ends up getting rid of him. it seems like he just wanted my fiancé in the hospital for a paycheck. I went to this clinic for a regular check up and for a new prescription. What I waited 3 weeks to…read moreget was a pair of thick, heavy, prism glasses which I did not want or ask for. Dr. Hornsby examined me. I told the woman that was supposed to assist me that they are not what I wanted, so she told me that they could substitute those with regular precription lens. All I had to do was wait until the replacement glasses came in and they would call me to bring in my own frames and the refit would take about an hour. Well, they did call me and they prepared the regular lens to fit my frame. When I sat down to try the glasses on, the same woman sat down accross from me and immediately accused me of cussing and told me that my conduct was not allowed in the store. I was totally shocked by her accusation and asked where that came from because I did not cuss at anyone at any time and she told me that 2 other employees heard me and told her. My wife was with me and she said I did not cuss at all. The woman then told me that the store has microphones and that she would listen to hear what I said. Well, she never got back to me on that and the new glasses are totally useless because when I put them on, everything was distorted and blurry. I told her that and she said that I just had to get used to them. Get used to them, have you ever had to get used to a pair of prescription glasses? I'm 87 years old and a retired, decorated U.S. Navy veteran and I have had dozens of prescription glasses in my life and never had to GET USED TO THEM. I also have never been treated so badly at any store in my entire life. The woman that said I was cussing and assisted me was very rude to say the least. She would not listen long enough for me to tell her what the problem was with the glasses. Now I'm out $533 and no glasses. I bought a pair of Walmart READERS for about $12 and can read and see better then what I got at this place. PLEASE, don't go to this store for anything.
