I will not even give 1 star. This is a scam and if you want to lose weight figure it out some other…read moreway. I had to give one star in order to submit this review. I joined the program for 2 weeks and had to leave because of an emergency. I called and let them know my sewer line had collapsed and had to replace my sewer line at a cost of over $20,000 dollars. I informed them I could come back at a later time, but my household was without water, and every dollar had to go into putting my house back with running water. The person so called in charge of financing would not even call me back but emailed me and tried to guilt me that she was recovering from a brain tumor. Compassion for anyone going through that is there but that is aside from the point and a very unprofessional way to put my emergency as something not important. I am now 4 weeks later just now getting my sewer line in place and they continued to charge me putting me now $368.00 in negative arrears with my bank. I do not think 2 weeks into the program that I continue to owe $2500.00. I was honest and I think that I was clear to not charge any charges to my account until I could get running water back into my home. They did it anyway. Without any care or concern for my situation. This is a company that cares nothing for people, and I am ashamed I even stepped foot into this run-down office that does not project what they charge people. I am a person of integrity, and I truly cannot believe after countless phone calls and emails regarding my emergency that they continue to charge me. DO NOT attend or even attempt to use this service. They care about money and it is a scam. I did my best to be honest and life happens. I paid my downpayment which was more than sufficient to pay for some supplements and a book. DO NOT use this company. I have countless pictures of excavation at my home and a plumbing bill that could buy a new car. They do not care and won't even return a phone call. You should be ashamed of yourselves for putting any client in this situation and not be willing to work with them in a time of distress. As a client 2 weeks into the program, I think some compassion and human care could have been applied here. Money was more important than me having a basic need like water in my home. I will continue to let others know not to use this company. Dr. Wells - I hope you enjoy your hot shower today I paid for. Have the day you all deserve. read less

I have seen Charlene many of times now and cannot even begin to explain how wonderful she is. The first time I saw her, I was weak to many foods. Now, because of her advice and the supplements she has encouraged me to take, I am weak to only a few foods. I can honestly say that I am healed. The warts I used to have are all gone because Charlene encouraged me to stop eating wheat. I have been wart free for almost 2 years. I no longer have planter fasciitis because Charlene encouraged me to start taking turmeric. My bacterial infections are all gone and my acne has completely cleared. I have way more energy than I used to and can now get back into running. I now know what foods make me weak and hurt my stomach. I no longer feel sick all the time and feel that my gut has repaired. Charlene has been my life saver and I giver her all the credit. I would recommend seeing her to anyone who has any health problems. She is VERY knowledgeable. My appointment was recently canceled. After contacting the office to confirm that I could still be seen, I was advised that I could proceed and subsequently rescheduled. I took time off of work to watch the kids so my husband could go to his microneedling appointment. Instead of getting a cancellation phone call or email, he was greeted by a sign saying that the office was closed due to illness. This was unfortunate but understandable, so he rescheduled his appointment. On the second attempt, he was informed that a coworker had brought the numbing cream home to do botox on his girlfriend, so he would need to reschedule (again). Finally, when he tried to go a 3rd time, he was told that Rose wasn't in the office. Again, there was no cancelation email and no phone call. Overall, this business has wasted our time and has been extremely unprofessional. I do not recommend it.
