I have also struggled with complaining about a local business online, however this concerns the safety of people in the community. Please be very careful when making a purchase from this car lot. My daughter purchased a vehicle for $3800 (all her savings) and within a month the fuel pump fell out and it stopped taking gas. She took it to the Ford dealership only to be told the vehicle was not safe to drive. It was completely rusted thru underneath and could literally fall apart at any moment. Per the mechanic at the dealership she was "f@#$ed over" by the seller.She was made to sign a waiver before leaving the dealership in case she was injured (or worse) while driving it home as she could not afford to get it towed. At the time of purchase the title application was sent off by the dealer. Almost 3 months since the purchase she still has not recieved the title for the car, so now it is just sitting in the yard. She is out all her savings and can do nothing with car. While it is understood that some of the blame lies with the purchasing party, the fact that this business is selling unsafe vehicles to people is terrifying. When she notified the business of the issues and asked about the title, the only response she received was the title should be in the mail. There was no apology or shock for unknowingly selling an unsafe vehicle, which implies they knew all along.

Shannon sent a tow, stooped everything he was doing in the garage, sent a few guys to the auto parts store, replaced a drive belt and wheel, all in under an hour. Then, when presented a bill he said all we owed to him was $63 for the parts. He refused to take extra money for the tow, labor, anything. My four kids ran around his shop giving treats to his dogs while we waited too - they didn't mind at all. Then, to our complete surprise, that night after arriving in Destin my phone rings and who is it....? Shannon himself calling to check in and make sure we got to our spring break destination!! After explaining our camper was stranded on the side of the road they told us to come right over and they would get us taken care of quickly.
