Dr. Ashley is a very kind provider and explained all of the consequences that misalignment can lead to, which is intriguing for someone with a biology and science background. Her goal really is to help fix the underlying problem and not have you come into the clinic constantly, which is very much appreciated. Should I ever need chiropractic care again, I will be sure to come here.

Dr. Alexa gave me a call recently and she was quite rude on the phone (8/1/2025) unfortunately. I…read morewas surprised on her approach. In a notable condescending-tone she ended up calling me, "Honey" three times on this particular phone call then proceeded to man-splain something to me that I was already knowledgeable on. By the way, this was my first interaction with her, ever. I felt disrespected by her as a patient of Align Chiromedical for the two reasons above. There are more professional ways to communicate with a patient. I'm disappointed of her lack of customer service and professionalism. When I re-addressed to her over email weeks later how she spoke to me over this phone call, she did not acknowledge the situation, nor take ownership to apologize to smooth it over. I've been a patient Align Chiromedical for over +10 YEARS under the care of Dr. Jake Dalbec (who was wonderful, provided high quality care with positive results and would highly recommend him 5/5 stars....would say 6/5 stars if that could be a rating!!!). But after his departure and being treated the way I was by Dr. Alexa from this phone call, I will be finding care elsewhere. It's a shame that this is how it ends with Align Chiromedical. Hope this real review of the business helps you decide if this place is a fit for your healthcare needs.

I've had chronic sciatic pain for over 10 years. I've tried physical therapy, chiropractic care,…read moremassage therapy, stretching, exercise/weight loss, spinal injections similar to an epidural, medication...pretty much everything but witchcraft. Oh, and acupuncture! I have always been freaked out by the idea of acupuncture (amongst the typical fears, but I also have to thank Final Destination). My sciatic pain is caused by a bulging disc. It can be helped a lot better with surgery. Right now I'm too overweight to be a candidate. So that's cool. In the meantime, I needed some serious help. I can't stand for a long period of time to do regular daily tasks such as shopping, cleaning, doing the laundry or the dishes. It's hard to exercise. It's hard to sit. It's hard to sleep! I was getting desperate, and decided to take the plunge and try acupuncture. Jessica was my first provider. She's very sweet and made sure I was comfortable with my first visit. She is very knowledgeable when it comes to healing and I have her to thank for FINALLY giving me some LASTING relief of this pain! The treatment truly works between using the needles and the cupping technique, I've never been more pleased with results I've been searching for, for years! I also see Molly in rotation with Jessica, when one is not available I will see the other. Molly is also amazing! Her techniques and routine are a little different than Jessica's too which I feel is beneficial to my body to get a bit of a change once in a while. Molly is a great conversationalist and is also full of wisdom when it comes to overall health. Both Jessica and Molly make my visits feel like a spa treatment because it's so incredibly relaxing. Sometimes I fall asleep! I would also like to mention the receptionists at Selby are always very friendly and welcoming! Parking is breeze, they comp your parking fee at the Blair Arcade lot. Just bring in your ticket to your appt and the receptionist will take care of it for you. Thank you Selby Acupuncture for providing the help I needed! I'm wishing I tried acupuncture sooner!
