From the beginning, communication was extremely poor between the attorney, front office staff, and myself. Calls and emails were often not returned, and I was regularly left without updates on my case. There were also issues with paperwork and communications being mishandled. At times, I was told I was being untruthful about not receiving communications, which was frustrating and unprofessional. Documents and emails were also sent improperly, raising concerns about organization and confidentiality. What was most disappointing was feeling like I had to do much of the work myself just to keep my case moving forward. I constantly had to follow up, track information down, and push for progress instead of feeling properly represented and supported. Overall, the experience caused unnecessary stress during an already difficult situation.
