Do not go here, especially if you are being seen by the male Dr with glasses and tattoos. This is my second experience with this individual and my initial gut feelings have been validated, he is creepy, condescending, passive aggressive and entirely unprofessional. I went in with my daughter as she was having severe stomach pains and I knew she was very constipated and needed some immediate relief. After barely examining her and speaking to her in a child-like creepy voice he said that they would need to try to loosen the stool by inserting his finger into the rectum. The Dr left the room briefly and my daughter was immediately upset and saying she didn't want the Dr to do that. I honored her feelings and respect her body and thus asked the Dr if not a female nurse/Dr could perform the procedure. His response was "she doesn't have a choice". EXCUSE ME???? My daughter is telling me she is not comfortable with a procedure being done to her body, of course she does! He shortly left the room again and then the nurse came in and said she would do it. At this point my daughter is still very upset and now I am feeling VERY uneasy. I ask the nurse if this is necessary and can we not try an enema or suppository first, her response "I don't think we have that here, you can just go to the pharmacy then and get that over the counter". Um, okay, so now I just ask her if she could please leave the room, I needed a moment to calm my daughter down and call my husband. Then the Dr comes storming in and tells me that we need to leave, he can't treat us and he's sending us to the ER. WHAT??? I'm sorry, but I'm just trying to do what's best for my daughter, she's clearly in a lot of pain. My instinct is telling me surely there must be alternatives than allowing this creepy Dr to perform a rectal procedure on my daughter. He was extremely condescending, rude, and passive aggressive with me. I took my daughter and left! And yes, I went to CVS and got an over the counter enema and that did the trick, thankfully she is all better now. But, was this experience with this Dr necessary? My husband is escalating the matter to the highest level possible. It is unacceptable. read more

Went in since i was concerned that my cold might be developing into something more and went home with a $385 bill for 10 mins with the doctor. I called ahead since I heard an advertisement that they are an alternative to your doctor office / ER. The office confirmed that they bill your visit as an Office Visit vs. ER and that is why they are competitive. They would not tell me over the phone what an office visit costs but suggested for a rough idea to visit the State of NH cost site: https://nhhealthcost.nh.gov/ Per this site they charge $75, so that is what I was expecting to pay. Why so much more..? There are classifications of Office Visits and depending on the complexity, (Low, Medium, High) the charge can vary greatly regardless of how much time you actually spend in the office. So in my case, common cold with a chest x-ray to confirm no infection it was: $345 - Office Visit (High complexity) $40 - Surcharge for after 5pm visit $60 - Chest X-Ray Upon getting the bill and explaining that I had a common cold the billing office provided no suggestions on why my visit was coded as a high complexity nor could they tell me what would a Low complexity visit would be. It is at the discretion of the doctor. I think it is a scam that there are no guidelines for the consumer to know how they are going to be charged and it is at the whim of a doctor that you're trusting your health to now accurately assign an office code for billing purposes. Ironically I was able to get the billing office to tell me how much the charge would've been if someone has no insurance - flat $150. read more

I walked into Convenient MD in Windham, NH on a Sunday afternoon with my 3-year-old son who was feverish and nauseous with a lot of mucus. I was greeted promptly by a friendly receptionist and we were seen within 10 minutes. The doctor and nurse were wonderful with my son. He's a handful at 3 and would not stop squirming when the doctor looked in his ears. Sure enough he had a double ear infection! We were able to pick up a delicious, cherry flavored liquid prescription antibiotic right there and for the first time ever, my son liked the taste and took all his medicine. He's all better now! It was so nice to be able to just walk in without an appointment, be greeted by friendly, professional staff and given quality care promptly without a second trip to our pharmacy. I never write reviews, but I felt compelled to after our experience today. We brought our son in because he is the sickest he's ever been with a stomach virus. The receptionists had us in the room within 10 minutes. Steve was our technician and we can't say enough good things about him. Personable, funny, sympathetic. He had us all, even our incredibly sick son laughing and smiling. Shannon was our MD and she was also fantastic. She did everything she possibly could to make him feel more comfortable after 2 days of pure hell. They did not rush us out the door at all. They kept him for 4 hours until they could see a true improvement. Thank you Steve and Shannon for helping these 2 scared and exhausted parents breathe a huge sigh of relief this evening. read more

I was really impressed with this office. Dr Voss was very caring and listened intently to everything I had to say. He was definitely caring and genuinely wanted to help me. Within an hour after leaving his office and getting my prescriptions, I was feeling better. The check in was very quick and easy and the wait time was minimal. I didn't have to wait afterwards to "check out" which drove me crazy in my last doctor's office. Finding a good doctor that cares, isn't condescending, doesn't have office staff that hates their job, and that doesn't make you wait for hours before and hours after your appointment is very hard these days. Arrived around 8:00 PM knowing that they close at 9:00 PM, but went after work. Had Rotator Cuff problem - easy check in and thorough - pleasant experience with checkin- lots of people in waiting room so was surprised when I was called in within 10 minutes. CMA (Linda) was excellent on doing the preliminary testing and questioning. Had to have X-Rays, quite surprised at the ease and quickness of that process and the result process. Had to be referred to orthopedic specialists and first thing next morning they had set an appointment for me. Exceeded expectations - would recommend highly. read more

I had went into the Windham location to have my Physical and TB test done for work. When I got there they told me I was supposed to pay out of pocket. I knew my employer told me they were covering the cost. So they told me they couldn't help until they spoke to the employer. I not only got a voicemail from the office the next morning apologizing for their mistake but I was also given a Dunkin' Donuts gift card when I returned two days later. They were very apologetic for their mistake and you don't see that many places. They were all very kind. Will definitely be using them in the future. read more

I just returned from my first visit to Convenient MD in Bedford. I was quickly processed, since it was my first visit. I was quickly moved to a room, where vitals were taken and then quickly seen by a very knowledgeable physician. I was given information that I had never heard before about my sinus infections and given a prescription to help my symptoms. I had called my physician but was told I could not get an appointment for several days and I should put a hot compress on my face. Three family members needed to get a COVID PCR test. We were greeted by a young man at reception who quickly assessed the situation and helped us with insurance issues. Next we were processed and shortly afterward we were seen by three different staff members. One took our vitals and walked us through the test, answered questions and put us at ease. The second person was The Tester and he performed the tests. Finally, a nurse came in with our printed information for accessing test results and we were done. Very fast check-in, gave us a care provider on a day when my regular doctor's office was closed. Grateful to have my grandson seen on short notice. We have visited this location several times in the past. The staff is courteous, the check in is always quick, and we're always in to see the medical staff quickly as well. They have helped my grandson with fevers and ear infections, as well as helping my husband and me with sports injuries and and eye problem. I've been a patient here for over a year now and I just have to say the things being said about the doctor with the glasses and tatoos is ABSOLUTELY NOT TRUE! He has been the most COMPASSIONATE doctor I have seen at this facility and genuinely cares about patients health. He is very personable and makes me feel welcome. I would not want to see any other doctor at this facility and believe the people trying to ruin his reputation are wording their story to make themselves feel better about their actions. We visited Convenient MD in Windham last night for physicals for two elementary aged foster kids. The entire staff was friendly and accommodating, but Dr. Judith was the absolute standout. She was calm and confident and just a little bit silly with them. She likely has no idea the impact she has had on these two who were terrified to be checked out. This was their first check up in years and her kind manner made all their fear dissipate. They left happy, laughing and eating freeze pops. I highly recommend this location. read more

We were on an emergency trip from Mesa, AZ as our son was on life support at the Lahey Clinic in Burlington, MA. My husband got injured on the plane when his POC fell over and severely sliced his leg. The injury was two days old but the doctor on call and a nurse steri stripped his leg and we made three other visits to have it re-dressed. The staff from beginning to end was highly professional and caring. We would not have been able to stay for 11 days until our son died if it weren't for ConvenientMD Urgent Care. read more

I've been to Convenient MD a few times now, most recently I was diagnosed with flu. The staff was great- attentive and good listeners. The results of my flu test came back within 15 minutes and I was off on my way to get what I needed to keep me hunkered down for the next few days. Although I am still under the weather, I appreciated their being open on a Sunday morning, rather than waiting till my primary opened the next day. Although never a pleasure being sick, Convenient MD in Windham reminded me that the word Care is still in the word Healthcare! The entire staff was just wonderful... knowledgeable and efficient. They are able to fill most prescriptions right on site and also have most if not all the capabilities of an ER. I went in for a standard DOT physical had no issues. everyone was friendly and professional. I waited no more than 15 minutes to be seen which went by quick as I had to fill out the normal paperwork. The PA I saw was friendly and knowledgeable she joked with me a little as I have a slight case of white coat syndrome to ease my nervousness. Went in here with white spots all on the back of my throat, could barely swallow. First it took almost 2 hours to get in and when I got in the nurse/doctor was extremely rude. She looked down my throat & Said "You have post nasal drip and theirs nothing I can do for you." My wife and I had a Covid test done here. The nurse and staff were great. We went at 11AM and asked if we could scheduled a 4 o'clock appointment and come back. So we did. Got in got out though at the 4 o'clock appointment. Only issue is we are still waiting for our lab results from the test we took. They told us 1 to 3 days. This is now day 3. But they were very professional and nice to us. read more
