(Hosler) was very thorough, using multiple bends and stretches to be sure it wasn't a problem with my spine or disks. The nurse gave me a shot in my right hip, and I DID NOT feel it. The ONLY reason I didn't give a five star rating, is because I didn't get any type of summary when I left. I can't remember what the shot was, and no written instructions for home ( heat, ice, pain management, follow up, etc). I got the P.A.'s name off my script bottle. I will definitely return in the future, and I highly recommend this facility.

While I was still waiting for them to even take my insurance card the gentlemen came back in. And the office girl told him perfect timing, you are next! That's when I said excuse me? I should be next before him and she said he was here before you. I told her that he was not and I was sitting there when he came in and when he asked to wait outside. I said I got here at 12:03 and she said he wrote 12:00. She just shrugged. I had waited for half an hour and he was going back before me. My ailment was quite serious but if his was worse and that was what she had told me, I would have understood and I would not have left but I was so irritated. Convenient Urgent Care next-door to Buffalo Wild Wings took me in within 10 minutes and had me out within 45. I'll always go to Convenient urgent care instead.

Sometimes my body decides to get sick on days other than Saturday. If you are a walk-in, be prepared to wait a while. We had to wait for almost an hour and half. They did have free wifi for those in the waiting room. This made the time go by much faster. I've read some other reviews on this place from some other sites and I don't agree with them. Other than the wait, I believe this is a great place to walk in. They are friendly and I like Dr. Z. He actually listens to you when you describe your symptoms.

The girl had previously taken my vitals and throat swab. He said it was negative but clearly I was very ill. He said it was VERY expensive.. over $350 for them to test for Covid and Influenza so I went home and did my own. I called with results by 5:00p like instructed. They never called back until after my pharmacy was closed so I never got scripts til following day. The script was not believed to help, but said it was viral and nothing would work besides try steroid. Call back after 10 days if I'm worse. The place is not very clean.. and they seem ok, but not willing to do more than necessary. It was a long process for practically nothing.

I did hear her talking with the other staff about a female coworker that they did not like. And another time, I heard them talk about another patient that had been in twice the week prior. While in the room that I was seen in, I could hear every single interaction going on within the lobby. The female that treated me was kind and courteous. Other than that, I was completely unimpressed. Most people coming to an urgent care are there because they do not feel well. If she can't have compassion, she could at least fake being kind. I will never come back there and I definitely will not be referring this facility to friends or family.

She then tried to put the steri strips on without closing his wound. They were sticking to her gloves and to the inside of his wound. Then she had to take it all off, because she made a mess of it, all while he's bleeding down his hand. He was in so much pain. Absolutely shameful standards. She never was able to bandage him up properly. I had to redo it when I got home. Please do not trust this place with your children.

This locations really went above and beyond. There was zero wait time and the doctors and nurses…read morereally went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. The doctor seems super knowledgeable and very thorough going through my wife's medical records going years back to help in his diagnosis. Special shout out to Dr Josh Newsom and Dr Brian McParland. Both went above and beyond in our care. I don't recall the names of the nurses and other staff but they were amazing as well. I recently had a poor experience with another Corewell location and was reluctant to go to this location but I'm glad I did go. I can not speak highly enough about the care we received and the knowledge and care of the staff. From checking in to making my wife had enough blankets to asking me I need anything to make me more comfortable the staff really blew us away. Ive never experienced care like this any hospital or ER setting.
