The microwave is fixed - we do need a part which Jerome will bring back as soon as he can purchase it for Panasonic. Repair guy advised he would be to our house around 10:30 . He arrived on schedule. He was polite and explained things to my wife. Our problem was the stove temperature was not proper as my wife would set for 375 but only showed on a thermometer she uses and it would heat to 335 . This oven has a self cleaning and he advised we did that too much and because of it heating to high temp, we burned out a sensor. My wife said that didn't seem right. He said don't use the self cleaning. So it is a smart oven and my diagnostics shows no problems. So he said the fan isn't working problem and has burnt out the board. Said we needed new board for $820 and i would have to pay for 1/2 upfront plus $280 for the service call. So I asked was that the final and he advised no I would have to pay for labor for the change. I advised not willing to pay that much to repair a stove that was 6 years old. He then said he could see about a new customer discount. This was a very old stove in a rental property, and it did not make sense spending that kind of money to fix it. I decided at those prices I would throw out the stove and I purchased a second hand Inglis for $300 which is working perfectly. I am sorry I wasted my time and money with JSK.

The service man arrived promptly at the time I was told he would arrive After checking everything, he was confident a good cleaning inside would solve the problem. While he had the dryer apart, he noticed the belt was cracked and had stretched over time. It was replaced. A thorough cleaning was done including sensors. The dryer is operating like new.
