The nastiest women work here; don't expect a friendly face unless you've lived here your whole life and look like they do. Even then, expect condescension, nastiness and rude behavior.
One woman in particular (Hispanic, long dark brown hair) is the rudest, ugliest personality I have ever had to deal with. She can't answer simply questions without becoming mean and frustrated; if she doesn't want to do her job, she should quit.
My father and I have taken to allowing my mother to retrieve the mail as the women seem to respect her more than the two of us (wonder what that's about).
It's horrible to feel intimidated when you just need your mail or have a few simple clarifications to make.
I hate this post office and I feel like someone needs to educate this team on appropriate customer service and how to be nice! Someone's mother failed them in that department. read more
