He also got miffed that I didn't bring in a printout of my Groupon as he 'had instructed' when I booked the appointment. Rather than kill a tree I showed him the voucher on my phone but he was still annoyed and asked that I bring him a printout later on (I have no plans to do so). Then, since he and I were the only two in his studio...he locked the front door to the premises! Totally creepy. The massage itself was mediocre...he combines several different methods of massage therapies. I didn't feel short-changed time wise but it wasn't a great experience. Won't be returning here again. Oh, and the review from 4/12/13 looks like it's self-advertising from the owner.

I've always wanted to get one but never got around to find the time to between being a full-time mother and work. I'm slowly working on self-care and booked my appointment. Booking is easy you simply go in their website and they provide all of their services with multiple availabilities. I booked The Face Treatment with red light therapy (add-on/ extra charge) with Kayla. I arrived about 10mins before my appointment. Parking can be limited on a busy day. As I entered I was greeted by Kayla she was very kind and welcoming. I signed a worksheet that asked more about my skin. Shortly after she took me to my room. The facial is a 50min session. She asked appropriate questions, listened to my skin experiences, current regime and concerns. Along with the facial and light therapy she gave me a shoulder, arms, hand and scalp massage. I was so relaxed it, it was exactly what I needed and was definitely fighting the urge to fall asleep. After my session she recommended a product that I had purchased and I've been using since. She adjusted my balance since it was my first facial and they had a discounted rate for that. Kayla also educated me on the different facials and recommended for my skin type to help achieve my skin goals. I came out of there feeling so relaxed my face was soft, glowing and it felt so elastic it was amazing! I can't wait to return! They do require a deposit when booking, so many times available but the days are limited to Tues-Thurs. This place is clean the room was playing peaceful, relaxing music, the aroma is very calming the massage table and sheets were comfortable. Kayla was wonderful. I would definitely return!

However, after calling the business several times and not getting an answer via phone I decided to try a text message asking if they offered couples massage. The next day, which would be today, I got a reply via text that was rude and unprofessional. It answered my question with a "duhh" and then went to say to call a different phone number because I had texted the personal cell and not the business phone number. That was a BIG turn off! First of all, as a professional business owner you should NEVER reply to a question with "DUHH." We're adults, not children. Secondly, I called/texted the the phone number that was listed online. When a business changes anything about their business information, it's up to the business owner to update that, otherwise, don't put it on the customer to make that change. I respect everyone's opinion and reviews about this place, but as far as I'm concerned, this place sucks at customer service and will never have my business.
