Imagine how I felt after leaving this business being lied too and have money stolen from me, and have poorly placed eye filler that cost more then you pay in rent, to be ignored and blocked my the injector JESS!! Then I find fraudulent charges on my military health insurance for visits I've never had! That's not taking advantage then I don't know how else to describe this place! This is YELP not your personal place to message me when come home late in the morning! The owner hasn't even reached out... that's bc she blocked me and is hiding from the truth!

I would like to preface by saying my facialist was great. My review is more for the environment. I…read moreexpected a private room or atleast a little bit of privacy for my "relaxing facial" but it was very similar to being at a hair salon. The floor plan is open, there was zero privacy and I was sat right by the front door. People checking in could see me, I could hear everyone's conversation and barely the music. It was overall awkward and not very relaxing from my previous experiences. I don't believe I will be going back- the price was very high for a nail salon feel. The facial itself, was enjoyable.

A lot of people I know go there for skin care services and that's exactly what I was looking for. After browsing their reviews on Yelp and the services on their website, I made an appointment for a few days later - it was super easy. I arrived to find a very spa-like, cozy and calming space. I was greeted warmly by the receptionist and it wasn't very long before a staff member introduced themselves to me and led me back to a room to discuss my needs. I had Brittany and she was lovely. She asked a lot of questions about what I was looking for, gave me options to choose from, and even priced me out before getting things started. That was really appreciated by the way. She sold me on a membership type deal where they collect $50 on a monthly basis and add it to a "bank" that I can use for services in the future. It pretty much adds up over time until your next visit and then it doesn't feel like as much of an expense when the time comes. I've done this at nail salons and can confirm it's a nice thing to have. For this trip I went with some wrinkle relaxers, aka botox. It had been a hot minute since the last time I got it and it was a breeze. Pain free to the point where I hardly felt it. My results came in within a week or so and they're great. I definitely plan on continuing so I can maintain some youthful skin as I age. I have no doubt that I'll give their other services a go in the future. I'll end with a few things I always look for in a business.. This spot is locally owned, it's affordable, the service was great, and the place is really clean.

Backstory: I have been battling unsightly facial hair as a female for 8 or so years now thanks to PCOS. With the price of the Groupon being so affordable, I figured I had nothing to lose considering the amount of money I've spent on waxing over the years. I have had a *wonderful* experience at Jiva Med Spa! From the front desk staff, to the initial consultation, to the appointments ALL staff has been AMAZING! I purchased a laser treatment package in December 2025 and had to wait until late February for my…read morefirst session without any prior notice. That kind of delay, with zero communication, is completely unacceptable. After the first treatment, there was no follow-up whatsoever. It's clear this business does not prioritize its customers once they've paid. It only gets worse. My second treatment was scheduled for March 26, and again, no one bothered to inform me of any issues. I had to call myself to confirm, only to find out that Tisha had resigned and my appointment couldn't happen. No call, no email, no effort to notify me. Since then, I have made multiple attempts to contact the clinic, and not once has anyone returned my calls. Instead of fixing the problem or honoring the service I already paid for, staff keep trying to upsell me on other services. That is completely inappropriate and unprofessional. I paid in full for laser treatments--not for excuses or sales pitches. This is extremely poor management and unacceptable customer service. If you cannot deliver the services you advertise and take full payment for, you should not be operating this way. Management needs to take accountability immediately. It literally feels like you have to beg them to provide the service you already paid for. Seriously!

She instead gave me some cream & said "come see me in 6 weeks" for like a year. It did not work. She refused to acknowledge that the useless cream did not work. She was just like "you're cured! You don't need to come back :) :) :)" very smugly & rudely. Her assistant had to constantly be reminded to put gloves on. She loved to be in my ear telling me repeatedly to breathe & ask me if I'm ok. It was so annoying & a weird thing to do, very unprofessional. I'd also like to add that one of the front desk ladies was extremely rude. I was looking at a picture of a certain treatment I was curious about & she said "do you want something ? You can go" like yeah I know I can go I have a question? Her response was snarky & sarcastic, & was very unnecessary.
