The personal is non responsive and the staff under trained. They don't bill that way but I had my auto returned to me after some tire work missing lug nuts! Not only did they do the needed service for a low price (it wouldn't start and needed a new battery and other minor repairs), they were fast and responsive. The amazing part is that they took the credit card over the phone and then delivered the car back to dads house so I didn't have to find another driver to join me. A few months later, when we decided to sell the car, I called for maintenance records and they got them to me immediately. If that's not service, I'm not sure what is!

I visited the body shop today for an estimate and was very impressed with how I was treated…read more Instead of just writing up an estimate and sending me on my way, Scott grabbed a towel and recycled thinner and wiped off the "scuff" on the bumper and re-fastened other sections of the front grille area. A mere 15-20 minutes of work and my vehicle's damage looked 90% better. This was done free of charge even after I asked several times if I could pay something for his troubles. Scott only asked that I put the word out about my experience at the shop and that having good relationships with customers from the area was important to him. Now I may not even need work done but if and when I do, my first stop will be to the body shop at Uptown in Slinger!

When I contacted them to explain the situation, they refused to respond. I took it to another repair shop and they tried their best, however it was ultimately deemed irreparable. Finally got ahold of Zach 2 months later. There was no effort to remedy the issue or discuss any reasonable solution. They did offer to charge me $50.00 an hour to look at it AFTER telling me it had a catastrophic electrical failure. It felt like once the sale was complete, customer service no longer mattered. I understand that used cars can come with risks, but a vehicle failing almost immediately raises serious concerns about how it was inspected or represented before sale. I would strongly caution others to be very careful when considering buying a vehicle from this dealer. Make sure to get an independent inspection and understand exactly what you're getting into, because support after the purchase will not be there.
