I only go once a month. And the lady that drives the white tesla always opens the doors at 8:05 or 8:10ish. She at times is unprofessional when she's handling a transaction while on her personal phone. You can tell because she has full blown conversations while having her apple earbuds. For some reason, they added handlebars to create a zigzag line leading up to the windows. If they just opened more windows, there would be less of a line. It gets frustrating waiting in line with only one window open and other employees socializing or doing something else at a closed window. read more

This place is a non good customer service. Why? Let me tell you. Supposedly they are there to help you with a payday loan right? WRONG! There were this helpless girl that I was desperate for 100 bucks and they first couldn't take me because of my bank statement want the right date. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. I received 3 calls within 8 minutes to verify a newly hired employee's first paycheck. The rude demeanor was far from decent customer service. I understand that they must do their due diligence in researching checks before they are honored or cashed, in a timely manner (after all, a CUSTOMER is waiting) but the attitude and non-scripted questions makes their business seem like your dimwitted cousin Marta was randomly trying to crack down on a fraudulent check. From one financial services company to another, here are a few suggestions: 1. Have a generic script for your reps to read covering required information and substitute questions or rebuttals. 2. Give them resources and/or access to specific online search engines (City/State/Federal websites) .. This way they aren't just Google-ing and asking me to verify a discontinued AT&T business phone number from 15 years ago. (!!!) 3. Train them with soft-skills. So at least they can seem like you hire employees with a little professionalism in the public eye. read more

I have used this place sometimes, especially on the weekend or at night after banking hours. Wendy the manager is EXCELLENT at customer service-once one of the other tellers said she could not do my transaction, so I nicely asked for the manager. Wendy then did my transaction, but she had to call her own supervisor for approval. I understand WHY all the super-careful policies. It's the criminals that really screw everything up for everybody else. I still use this place once in a while. I love this place, they are always very nice and professional. But Wendy is amazing, super-professional, very nice and she works fast too. I KNOW she deserves a nice bonus, plus a big raise plus a promotion. read more

this place Is horrible the manager i think her name is Martha is the most rudest person I have ever met. I was a every day customer when it came to check cashing reloading my tap card money orders etc. one day I came in to cash my work check jst like every other Thursday when the store manager (Martha) was on the phone with what it seemed to be a personal call since I heard her say "ok sweetie" to the person on the line. She waved at me as if asking for me to wait I stood there for 10 mins looking through flyers waiting for her to hang up her call she never did. She hung up the phone and moved to the back of the store to keep her conversation going. There were 4 ppl waiting in line behind me and she just stood there talking laughing finally she came back to attend me . And as if me waiting wasn't enough She started to treat me like I was the rude one for being upset with her over the time wasted on her personal phone call. She did the usual asking of where the paycheck was from what kind of work I did ... Then she told me she couldn't find any information on her system that I had ever existed as a customer there. I gave her all my personal information and she insisted that I had never used their services before by this time I was already aggravated I'm a firm believer in giving respect when respect is given to you but this lady had some nerve to get loud with me after all that time I waited for her to come back Frm Wasting time to do her job. After 30 mins she asked me in a very rude manner if I could plz move aside for other customers to be attended just like I didn't matter. I told her to give me the number to her supervisor then she proceeded to tell me for what for since she has been with the company for 5 plus years that no one was going to do anything about whatever I had to say. I waited 15 more mins as she helped other customers for her to give me the company # after she helped all the customers she finally wrote the # down on a piece of paper and she tossed it through opening of the glass window she told me that I was pathetic in her words that I would be wasting my time in contacting the company. I WILL NEVER EVER VISIT THIS PLACE AGAIN THAT WOMAN SHOULD BE FIRED .. For her lack of compassion and for treating other ppl with such disrespect oh and to top things off I heard her making a comment to one of her co workers calling me an idiot. WARNING, THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. I went there to purchase a money order to pay my rent in Dec. I counted my money 4 times before handing it over to one of the cashiers. Next thing I know, she's telling me I was short $100. The manager must have been in on it because she offered NO HELP whatsoever & was practically laughing at me. I had to use the only $100 I had left in my pocket to pay the rent, which left me NO money for my kids gifts, not even Christmas dinner. Needless to say, I left very upset & crying. I called the main business to form a complaint, kept getting a recording, left messages & they NEVER even called me back. SCUMBAGS.. CON ARTISTS.. THIEVES.. LIARS.. Cashing ur check is fine, paying ur bills dont do why i paid my insurance and cable bill and never was informed that it would take 3 to 4 days i mean r they sending it with a horse and buggy or r they jUut taking ur money and mailing it out for you and charging u a fee as well. thats what happen because of that my cable got shut off for 3 days. i thought the whole reason y we pay r bills at this place it to be mush faster then mailing it. beware u r better off mailing it ur self it will get there faster. i send out my insurance bill with them and it has still not been paid even thought i got i money order from them so i dont know what the hell is going on with this place. I have been coming here for a few years & I love coming here because the employees are always happy and cheerful. They helped me with my payday loan (that was very much needed). People just don't seem to understand that they can only work so fast. I have never seen them be rude to any customers. Quiet the contrary, there are many customers that go in there with bad attitudes and on top of that get rude with them.
