For some reason, my wireless credit card terminal was having some connectivity issues. My customer in Cincinnati decided to order some Mother's Day cards in the middle of the night. Given that my machine needed another upgrade/ download, my customer decided to wire the money for the order instead. The closest place around here to pick up some cash from Western Union, is this spot. You come here, handle your business, then get the fuck out. There are no seats for lounging or to get out of the sun while you are waiting in the bus. Located on a busy corner, I can see why this place is designed for monetary transactions and NOTHING else. Want to use the bathroom? Sorry. No vending machines either...get you some food from the sushi spot a few doors down. It is just a room with cashiers at the windows. The place was empty and that was a good thang. I can imagine this place packed with the proletariat on the 1st. You can send money and cash your check if you are lucky to still be amongst the employed or otherwise inclined. The service was great. I walked up to the bullet-proof windows and filled out the little form. I got my cash and got out of there. Now...I'm off to hop into some B of A Merchant Services ass. read more

Horrible!!!!! Worst service ever trying to cash our hard earned money!!! We did a job and customer gave us money order as payment (We've been working for her for years) and we saw no issue with it. I was visiting family and decide to stop by here to cash our money orders only to be questioned and then told we made too much money for our job!!! I had to explain We clean a house and those were our payment for this month but she denied us. Maybe I'm used to better service at my usual spot but i can't believe she questioned my job and then didn't believe a housekeeper could make a living!! They have great hours and the people were nice. It was my first time at a place like this and it was $12.00 for a $400.00 money order..That is crazy! I have never paid more then one dollar for a money order and will never pay over one dollar for one... You can go to ride aid down the street, or any grocery store. This location is very unprofessional I called twice regarding a payday loan an all the items that was needed spoke with Paola an told her I was on the way!! Mind u I called around 8:00 well she didn't tell me they stop accepting customers at a certain time. I drive all the way from Carson to arrive at 8:45 an I get turned away by Hector I explained to him thAt I already spoke with a young lady an told her I was on the way which she didn't tell me I had to arrive before I certain time. Mind u Hector let two other gentlemen in as I was getting out the car. I actually told him thAt my son graduated tomorrow an he goes to school in Corona (at 10am) an he says oh well u can come back tomorrow.. WOW! Really Even though online its listed thAt it closes at 10 on Mondays Then They say oh well we had to close down early for a particular reason. Ok well then I say whose the manager Hector states there's no manager I would have to call the corporate office when they open. Hangs up!!! Yesss he hung up one. So I call back speak with paola I asked whose the district manager she doesn't want to give me the name an goes on to say she's busy helping other customers an to call back later?! I asked her but don't u close at 9? She replies its just like every other store we have to close down everything we just can't leave.. well damn thAt was rude N her tone was extremely unprofessional. This place does not open on time. I'm here on a weds at almost 8:20am and they are not open. The lights are on in the inside but the door is still locked almost 20 mins after they are supposed to be open. Also not answering the phone. How u professional is this place.
