Stay away from these low lives. Read all their reviews and you will understand why. They keep changing their offer and get important documents from you. At the end they say NO to RELIABLE borrowers who have been making their payments ON TIME for a few years. The "so called" agent I talked to called himself "eddie". I can almost guarantee his name is not what he is claiming to be. Regardless stay away from him and his corrupt and incompetent company, if you can even call it a company. Shame on their existence. read more

This is a very predatory loan establishment, it should honestly be illegal to charge almost $175 in interest with only about $70 going toward the loan. I encourage you all to not even allow this to be your last result. Absolutely avoid at all costs, I know we all fall on difficult times, in which I would rather take from retirement than to EVER get in this predatory situation. Be careful, do not use at all if you really don't need to. read more

If they say they will call you back, don't listen, you will have to call them back because they won't. been trying for the past couple weeks to get my title released since my car is paid off & I have no fees due, however, they refuse to do anything about it. I own the car, it shouldn't be that hard. read more

Friendly, helpful staff. My agent had me in and out in no time. I was able to get the loan I needed and the process was fast and painless. Of course, it helps that I had the needed paperwork ready, so it's a good idea to call ahead to find out what the requirements are - to save yourself from unnecessary delays or inconvenience. The office was easy to get to, and inside, it was clean, calm and comfortable. Exceeded my expectations - thank you! read more

In 2016, I received a loan when this company was called springleaf in Long Beach on Carson Ave. I went on maternity leave and was unable to continue to pay. I was harrassed by Heather even when I explained to her that I was still answering her calls and was going to try to figure something out. Heather then began to call me and immediately go in when I answered the phone without reading me the disclosure about collecting a debt. She threatened legal actions and eventually I received the lawsuit papers in the mail and the amount owed was incorrect. What Heather didnt realize is that I realized and remembered that she did not announce herself and I rebuttled the papers and they eventually dropped the lawsuit. I did end up paying them off but through a collection agency. The office staff was pretty cool except for this Heather chick who acted like the money I owed her was hers! Regardless I owed the money and had every intention of paying but the way she went about collecting was rude and extremely disrespectful. read more

Lendmark financial services is the worst loan company you could ever sign up for. I made the mistake of taking a loan out and have paid on this loan for years and the principle of loan doesn't decrease. Its a scam. DO NOT sign up with this loan company no matter how hard up you are. You will never pay it off. Even if you try to pay it early you will pay 100% of the interest on the initial loan amount regardless. Its truly disturbing the way they take advantage of people. read more

We applied for a loan and Rachel was helping us. She is super efficient and professional. She is so fast at getting back to us and requesting documents. She was so sweet. She relieved alot of stress we had. My boyfriend came in from Beverly Hills to sign docs and she was very understanding about his time crunch. We will definitely only be working with her from here on out. I highly recommend her services. read more

Just a warning, I received a loan from Lendmark all was fine until they became laxed and thought it was ok to not explain clearly any information that is necessary for you to fully understand. Just be careful, if you can go to a credit union for a loan that is a much safer and reliable way to go. And if you get a deferment be sure to know that it will take you months even after your payments for you to catch up on the interest alone please make sure to have them show you on paper what to expect read more

Ok people be warned. Apparently when we got a loan we were set up for automatic payemts. So when the first month came up I went on lendmark app a madevthe paymeny a week early, thinking I was doing a good thing. Well a week later they proceed to take another payment! Which in turn iverdrue our account. They said they could help but it would take a week. LOL that doesn't help. So ne careful if your set up for auto payments don't make a payment early because to them that's you making an extra payment!!!! read more
