One thing that I do love about the McCully area as it still has many older buildings and though it does show not really it's age but the time when it was a much simpler where it served the basic which is to provide space for the local businesses to service the community and this sits on a busy corner of Kalakaua and South King Street with parking entrance in the back of the building there is direct access to the lobby area with stairs and yes there is a elevator with directory there as well.
The most prominent spot is right out front Yakiniku Seoul and though some biz has moved out I noticed Frostcity is moving into the former Sign shop who moved down the street, it's just nice to see it thriving and hope that it continues to do so.
