I had one session with Nicole about two months ago, at the end of April (2018). I didn't write…read morethis review immediately, because I felt I needed time to process the experience. I wanted to see the long term results. While I did feel lighter mentally, emotionally, and spiritually immediately after the experience due to all the release from the work, it's the long term results that have been the most impactful. There have been great shifts in my life as it relates to relationships, releasing the past and what no longer serves me, and moving in new, healthy directions in my personal and professional life. In the days and weeks after the session, I became aware of relationship patterns with others in my inner most circle that were not healthy, and I began setting boundaries and letting go of the past in new ways. I was open to seeing things more objectively, as well as taking action for positive change. I'm so grateful for the work Nicole did with me! She is a deeply sensitive, kind, empathic, nurturing soul. I highly recommend her for this type of personal, life changing endeavor. If you're looking to heal and release the past, NET with Nicole is a great approach.

Nicole is amazing! I saw her over the past summer, and I'm glad I did! I am a very emotional…read moreeater, however, I never knew why or what emotions were causing me to eat in that way. Emotional eating was basically my lifestyle and I knew that I was suppressing many emotions that I didn't want to deal with through food. In order to get to the root of the problem, Nicole helped me to find out what memories from different times in my life were suppressed and which emotions needed to be felt in order to overcome my disordered eating patterns. Come to find out, many of my seemingly unimportant memories had emotions tied to them that I failed to experience, resulting in a build up over time that I continued to cover with food. Of course, my emotional eating brought about other issues in my self confidence and weight. But now that I know which memories and emotions are causing my disordered eating, I have found new coping mechanisms for when these types of situations appear in my life. Dealing with these emotions rather than suppressing them with food has kept me from emotional eating and has allowed me to release the extra weight that I have picked up because of emotional eating. Without Nicole's help, I would never have known why I was eating the way I was and would have continued down the path of emotional eating.

Michelle Ennis is a bully who guarantees results, but won't back up her claims. I signed up for…read morethe Hormone Balance Program which is 30 days of strict and monitored food intake. The cost is $400. I signed up because she guaranteed I would lose weight. The first two days were okay, but after that no results. She would ask me all kinds of intrusive questions. With her, feeling starved and suffering, and the lack of results, I was stressed out. I decided this wasn't for me and backed out of the program within 8 days. Through trial and error, I was able start loosing weight on my own. Now she refuses to give me a partial refund, because out of 1,000 people EVERYONE lost weight on her program. Beware, she only cares about her wallet and not about doing what is RIGHT for the customer.

I lost 15 lbs. in 30 days and my husband lost 22 lbs. in 30 days! He then went on to lose 5 more…read morelbs. to reach his weight loss goal! This program definitely taught us how to have a better relationship with food. I learned that I have a dairy sensitivity which was keeping me bloated and feeling like crap, EVERY day! I learned how to listen to my body and how to love myself enough to feed myself good quality food! My energy increased, my mood swings went away, and my sex drive went up! A few months after I started the 20/30 fast track program I went off of all of my depression/anxiety medicine. You definitely ARE what you eat! My husband went off his medicine for high cholesterol, acid reflux, migraines, and his pain medicine!!! This program WILL change your life, if you let it!! Thanks Onslow Weight Loss & Wellness!!

Noelle and Shelly are personable and always make me feel like I am their only client! Dr Griffin takes her time to explain everything and the outcomes have been transformational!

It is my understanding that this practice was well esteemed under the former providers. However, I…read morefollowed Dr. Griffin over from her former practice and have been tremendously disappointed. While her personality isn't the warmest or engaging, I can deal with that as long as I am getting my needs addressed. When I switched to Tidal Wellness, I was told that the monthly fee would include having access to the doctor and administration via text or phone after hours. This was especially appealing since the main office phone rarely worked or was answered. This is definitely not as advertised. While you can text, it does not mean you will get a response. And I cannot count how many times the office phone was not functioning. Between the inability to get in touch with staff and the dirty exam table paper that still had the prior patient's imprints on it, I was a bit shocked. In addition, if you believe masks are important during a pandemic (as literally every other medical provider I have been to does), you may want to reconsider. I have never seen the doctor wear one, and her staff are hit or miss (they usually only put one on if you do). However, I continued to give the benefit of the doubt and attributed this to being overwhelmed with the start of a new business. Also, I really did not feel like starting over with someone new, so I continued. I am very active in my medical care and I believe it is important to be proactive. I ask questions and make sure I understand. The final straw came when I requested some simple labs be run. Dr Griffin obliged. However when I get the labs back, only a portion of them were run, but she had added on labs that were unnecessary. I realize I am not a doctor, but because I was the one requesting the labs and it wasn't due to actual symptoms occurring, there was Absolutely no medical basis for her to run these labs. A sidenote... My rheumatologist had run these exact special labs less than 30 days prior and they were completely fine. Now I am trying to battle with my insurance company to get them to pay for the same labs that were done in such a short period of time. There is the potential that I may be stuck with this bill. I have attempted numerous times to reach out to Dr Griffin to professionally and politely discuss this issue. She has avoided me. I stopped in to make an appointment and spoke with Nick. He scheduled me for a Telehealth appointment but then never put it in the system. When I called at the time of my appointment, he admitted his error, but then he responded with " that happens sometimes." Neither he nor Dr Griffin showed any real interest in trying to resolve this situation. I am not one to leave reviews; however, when a patient is paying money out of pocket for services, they should be aware of what they are receiving. And when we are talking about health...we deserve better as patients. I will happily pay the monthly fee for the remainder of this month and for next month. Based on my experiences going into the office, it is clear to me that tidal wellness needs it more than I do. The professionalism of this office is grossly suspect. I would caution anyone to do their research and be very careful when choosing whether or not to make this practice your point of contact for medical care. My recommendation for Dr. Griffin is that she spend some time training on office management. While she may have medical training, business management is clearly lacking. When you choose to run a business, you are choosing all of it.
