Apparently they don't know you can zoom the image to actually fit a 5 x 7, 8 x 10, etc. You don't have to either cut the feet off or cut the heads off. Pick one!! You should be able to print an 8 x 10 without it being only 7-3/4 inches wide, forcing me to mat the picture to cover up the gap! Spending $250 for a session and getting prints like these is ridiculous! Next time I'll go to a "Professional Studio", because JCP Portraits isn't!
