    These are some of the juiciest and tastiest blueberries I've ever had. I guess southern New Jersey…read moreis the blueberry epicenter of the world for a reason. I've both picked my own and bought pre-picked berries, but regardless of how you get them the fruit is fresh and delicious. They're great for eating on their own, but I can tell you they also make a mean blueberry cobbler or really any baked good. At only around 2 dollars for a pound, you can get huge quantities that are unheard of in retail. It's a great bargain, but get it quickly, since blueberry season is only a few short weeks in the summer. I've been told this place usually shuts down after the first weekend in August. Keep in mind this farm is organic and they don't use pesticides. While you can rest assured your produce isn't covered in poison, you might get bit up by bugs when you go picking. I know I did. Learn from my mistakes, take your bug spray! (Side note: two dollars a pound for organic fruit is an amazing deal. I can't get over how much of a bargain it is.) I love this place for having super cheap and super tasty blueberries. If you're free in the summer and like convening with nature, I totally recommend you go blueberry picking here; and even if you don't want to pick your own, there's usually some you can purchase labor free anyway. Blueberries from the grocery store will never be the same after you experience them here.
